My credit card was charged $59.95 by a company called Wired Investors.com which I never had heard of before. When I called them as soon as I saw the charge, they told me I had signed up for a promotion via BargainNetworks.com or Foreclosure.com (you can read all about them on this site) and that not only did I have to cancel with BargainNetworks but separately with them. Be very wary about doing any contract work for Brilliant Blue, they currently owe me thousands of dollars, will not answer emails or return phone calls. The next step for me is to file a small claims suit against them to collect my fees. Of course I have a contract with ATT for cell phone service. It appears this contract only works one way-I pay, no matter what. Even if my new phone does not work, the extra features of the phone do not work, the phone dies and loses the signal. It has been replaced 3 times now and I still cannot use it. Do not eat at the McDonalds on the Skyway I-90. Besides being filthy my husband was served coffee with three worms in the bottom. W e were travelling to p arents in Michigan, stopped there expecting that since it was McDonalds we would have no problem with any of the food. We came across Bluehill Financial on the internet. We were looking for a loan. We don't have good credit so when they called us a few days after applied and told us we were approved, we started to think it over. I bought some benefactor tickets to assist others to help out my cause but the WF3D supporters, owners, or whomever they are sent me invalid tickets after they took my 15 dollars from me. Right now as I am typing I am waiting on Ocwen to modify my loan. I just received my second notice which is my foreclosure date. The date is May 1st 2009. I called Ocwen concerning the notice, but they told me they did not have a foreclosure date. So now I am in limbo I do not know what to do!!! I have a friend who works for this Arrons and she telss me that they run peoples creditr cards all the time with out any signatures. I work in a bank and one of my customers had me look into his account and it turned out that the local store was running his card becasue his son owed money on a laptop. I"d applied online for a short-term payday loan, I did not recieve any loan that communicated that I would be charged a fee for their services. A bank draft was made on my account for 31.85...the draft listed the website address and phone number. The phone number was a conference calling network number and the website had an option to cancell your membership.
