Rick review plans and applications related to City-owned and privately-owned trees for North York District.
He has horrible, awful, disrespectful attitude when talking over the phone or meet in person. Always reluctant to provide anything in writing, despite request. Do not take any responsibilities for what he promised, or said. Today he said he approved removal of a tree, tomorrow he said do not remove that tree.
If we Canadians wonder why we pay so much tax and still in deficit, blame all these garage City of Toronto workers, who work 8:30am to 3pm, with awful attitude, irresponsible, unprofessional, and do not know what they are doing. read full review »

My daughter bought a Sidekick Slide in 01/08. Three months later the phone began shutting itself off and losing saved messages, but reloading old, deleted ones. I called TMobile, which they have on record, and reported the problem. I was told by the customer service rep that since we didn't buy the extended warranty there was nothing they could do. We were out of luck. Many months later I discover that TMobile warranties their phones for ONE YEAR. I went to all star in corpus and i was looking at cars. That George guy, a one man band working from home at Waterfront, downtown Toronto, approached you in a really nice way, saying how good your work are and how he wished you will work "free-lance" with him. When he got you started doing his work he will call you 9pm at night, on Saturdays and Sundays.
When he got all he wanted from you he will not pay you. He will say
you do not worth the money and devilized you, you work "shxx", xyz,

I retained Daniel H. Fox etal, last September after receiving a telephone solicitation from Ryan Lewis, one of thier "Sales People" in New York. I paid them $1495.00, literally ALL I had at the time. It took until the end of December before I FINALLY had some action taken, and the best they could do was "negotiate" (and I use that term loosely) a Forbearance Agreement with my Lender for a Rediculous amount of money. Years ago we had been with Encore for a travel club. Came across it in moving & called with questions and possible activation. Shortly thereafter we were charged for American Leisure 877-564-8538 MD, Easy Saver 800-262-6199 MD & STX..Stimulant800-564-5108 AZ. Called and were assured the charges would be reversed and "membership cancelled'. Happened again and again. Today I had assurances again. They say STX signed up thru them but they cannot do anything about the charges. All of these were NOT ordered and we have never received anything from them. I signed up online with this insurance company and gave them a credit card number to charge for the application fee. I never heard from them and called the same phone to find that it was disconnected! A charge for $500 appeared a month later from a 3rd party billing service who said they just bill for companies and can't help me. I am getting my money credited from my fraud dept of my credit card, but BEWARE! They are not a real business! Everyone contact your attorney general for your state to get the help. After buying the product order #3LEW2BBQ and downloading some of the product I could see I did not have enough room on my computer to download all that was suggested. Our bank account has been charged $12.95 every month for over 2 years. We want my money back. We have received no assistance from this company. We I have received no information from this company. order and canceled the trail period i have had another charge of 49.95 taken out ouf my account and they had a nerve to tell me i orderd this the day before and i did not. this was all the same company from Trislim . As i asked for a sup she kept putting me on hold and then saying he /she is busy.. So i told her i will wait on the line. The web site did not have E millionaire on it or I would have realized it was a scam. It offered information for $1.97( which I took to mean a newsletter or e book download). I saw the charge$1.97 on my account and after about 2 weeks some one called I told them I didn't want a sales pitch until I had read the information. That same day they debited my account for 47.00. on 03/16/2009.
I sent them an email requesting a credit instead they mailed me a CD on Apr.9th which is a bunch of bull you hear on TV, yet they will only accept 25... read full review »

Me too! I fell for the well presented sales pitch yesterday and have six days left to cancel this. Problem is I can't get through on the six phone numbers I've since collected from the forums advising me to stay away. The e-mails appear to go nowhere and the site customer service just displays the terms & conditions. Surely this ain't leagal, definately not honest! read full review »

This company is targeting Real Estate agents promising them leads in the zip code they want. They can't deliver at this time and will not refund any money. They opened a store with no product.
They sent me 1 lead 35 miles away. No one will work with a agent that far. It was 2 counties from where my requested zip code was. I just want to save the agents on Long Island some grief. read full review »

So, I got this call from a company called Pioneer Credit at my workplace (issue number one...). A gentlemen named Mike tried to get me to verify my name, SS, DOB, etc. Then, he wanted to verify I was WORKING. Of course, being that I am at work, I said, you have reached the right person. I did not however, know what the call was about, since I had no clue what was going on. But, I was willing to find out and resolve it. The guy hung up and that was that.

I recently signed a contract with a company in your state called Master plans. The company defrauded me of $3850 to draft a business plan. The condition of their delivery was that I had to pay $1925 at the time of sign up and remaining $1925 before the delivery of their first draft. Basically, I ended up paying 100% prior to seeing my product.

Arturo Torres failed to complete the job on a multi-thousand dollar project. He had bid a second property for us and when he learned he didn't get the job he left the first property and didn't finish. Walked away with all of our money (over 18k). He was upset so he put a lien on our property on another client's property knowing full well we can't transfer the title with the lien. Both liens are bogus and my attorney said it'll cost thousands to remove. Apparently Arturo knows this so he did it fraudulently.

Every day I get a recorded call that says it is urgent that we talk to you about your credit cards. I pressed the 1 to tell them to take me off their calling list and got someone names Sean. I said to take me off their calling list and he said you don't even know what this call is about. And as i was talking he hung up on me, I tried to call the # back and it said it was disconnected. We purchased the Kenmore Elite Refrigerator model#795-77573600/ serial#702KR00697 approx. one and a half years ago.
We have never been able to regulate the temperature inside the refrigerator..it's freezing everything, or when we turn it down, it gets too warm.
We have tried to contact someone about a possible recall on these units. We heard that all the units like this are LG units, and are causing problems everywhere.

Their land and home were well-furnished with expensive upgrades, livestock, horses and expensive vehicles. Fort Irwin's final inspection is a scam. They have 21 days to detect anything wrong when clearing, therefore everyone will pass their final inspection and have everyone believe that they owe nothing. The very next business day, someone else will come in and find something wrong.

I read through other website, some said that it is from buy.com. Then i remember i bought web cam from buy.com and suddenly a rewards web pump out, i can said that is how my credit card being scam.
