I purchased a La-Z-y Boy Spa from Costco Canada. What a nightmare. Costco has been great though they are standing behind the warranty that came with the hot tub to pick up the lack of customer service lazy boy and tatum provide. The portable clamp at the end of the hose leaks and water blows all over the counters or the pressure blows the clamp off the faucet ( worn out). I 0rdered next day delivery of flowers to a funeral. I placed the order at 8:00 P.M. on April 15th for delivery at 11:00 A.M. on April 16th. I received a phone call at 9:45 from a customer service agent stating that the order could not be completed because they don't open until 8:39 and there was no time to complete the order. I called a local florist when I got off the phone at 10:00and they were able to deliver the flowers by the 11:00 funeral time.
