I was suckered into buying one of these contracts through Service Protection Direct/Mepco/Texan Partners. I canceled within the first 30 days and was charged almost $400 dollars, I will not see that money for another month. They made it very difficult to cancel the contract giving at least 7 different customer service numbers to cancel with, and also making you notify them in writing with a notarized letter of the cancellation. They even said that they never received the notarized letter that I sent via UPS with a tracking number which was delivered about two weeks ago to the front desk of their company, signed for and everything!!! They have horrible customer service and a lousy contract. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE COMPANIES!!!
