I have filed a complaint with the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. I was told by the DCA, that Xelent Staffing is not licensed and therefore, the department can't take any legal action against them, so to recover my money, I would have to take them to Court. The DCA representative said, that the DCA will visit the site and fine Xelent Staffing. I was further informed, that the DCA attepmted on my occassions to contact Xelent Staffing without any success. Today, Wednesday, April 15, 2009, at 12:05 pm, I purchased a product called ReCharge Energy on a trial basis. I ordered from a web page, but information was only partly true. They didn't tell you that after 45 days from the date of order they automaticlly send you a 1 month supply for only $69.99 plus shipping charge of $6.98. I want my subscription canceled asap and don't even bother sending me the trial order. Oh yeah, when you cancel, they want you return the unused portion, and they get to keep the initial payment. This company runs our apartment complex and I simply can never get a hold of anyone that works there. Today out of nowhere they decided to cut off our dish off the roof and throw it of the side. Which means they damaged our property and then they took it which would be stealing. I still can't contact anyone about this concern because everyone is supposedly busy. Papago Gardens is poorly run and maintained in every way. We waited almost a month for them to fix our water heater and there is no reason for that. I have no good things to say about this place. This company charged my elderly mother $932.28 to install a 40 gallon water heater. The owner of this local franchise was rude and could not offer a reasonable explaination why my mother was not given the standard 1 year warranty on labor and agreed to sent it my mom immediately. My daughter bought a Sidekick Slide in 01/08. Three months later the phone began shutting itself off and losing saved messages, but reloading old, deleted ones. Shortly thereafter we were charged for American Leisure 877-564-8538 MD, Easy Saver 800-262-6199 MD & STX..Stimulant800-564-5108 AZ. Called and were assured the charges would be reversed and "membership cancelled'. Happened again and again. Today I had assurances again. I signed up online with this insurance company and gave them a credit card number to charge for the application fee. I never heard from them and called the same phone to find that it was disconnected! A charge for $500 appeared a month later from a 3rd party billing service who said they just bill for companies and can't help me.
