Do not buy anything from this company!!! I purchased the Pro Acai Berry diet pills from 1 of their pop-up websites and it said it was a free trial bottle and I would be billed only $4.95 for the shipping and handling. I received the bottle about 10 days after I placed my order and then about 2 weeks later received another bottle which I did not order. When I got my credit card statement I found that I had been billed $78.81 for the first bottle and $83.80 for the second bottle. I called to try to get a refund and I was told that if I had clicked on their link for their terms and agreement that I would have seen that I was going to be billed the additional amount if I didn't call within 15 days to cancel my "subscription" and I would be sent additional product on a regular basis to be billed at the higher price. They claim that it is not their fault that I didn't go to a separate webpage to read this and that by placing my order I agreed to it. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau concerning this. They have agreed to refund the $78.81 but are refusing to refund the other charge. I have offered to return all the product but they have said they will not accept any returns and they will refuse it if I send it back. This company is running a scam. They lure you in with misleading advertisements and then immediately start to ship product that you didn't know you ordered and bill you at prices that are not on their original webpage. They are rude and hateful when you call to try to get it straightened out. Do not fall for this scam like I did!!! Buyer beware. I learned a very valuable lesson to always click on the terms and agreement webpage before I submit a final order on any website that I order from. Even though I learned from it, I still think they should have to put their terms on the original webpage. They are using this method to scam unsuspecting consumers.
