I would say about 35-45% of my belongings are damaged and at least 20% never arrived at all to my new home! I have a call in to Danny Vin-something-or-other who was identified to me as the president of the company, and a call in to the "claims department" neither of which have returned my call from 3 days ago. I did not sign up for membership in the Literary Guild. They said they sent books to me. I've never received these books. They have now sent "my account" to a horrible collection agency called Eastern Collection Corporation. These people are unbelieveably rude and refuse to listen to my complaints. Our beautiful spa was installed on May 29, 2006. We paid cash, $11,552.57. The day it was installed it started to leak. The installer assured us that it was just because he had just set it up. Simon Mall Gift Cards have lots of no's and very few yes'. The gift giver pays a fee up front. If you don't use it for any reason in 6 months after purchase date. Then they charge you $2.50 a month for "administrative fees" and a re-issue charge of $7.50 (which I think I just saw went up to $12.50)- if you card expires without using it. I purchased a Black Widow Scooter in early June. That evening we tried to ride the scooter and the brakes were rubbing on the caliper and also on the back tire. I tried to contact the company the same day to see if there was a fix and have not received any response for over 1 month. I asked for a manual also, to see if I could make some adjustments, but have not received the manual either. I have now spent numerous calls with the dispute resolution department of Zoots. First they destroyed a 4 month old shirt. Then they tell me the “specialist’ is calling it “normal wear and Tear”. We have a Briggs vacuity toilet about a year old and it has developed a long big = crack = across the front of bowl could cause some leakeage and the crack is extensive. I ordered 6 mylar balloons online to be delivered July 5, 2006 at my mother's home. She is a stroke victim and currently resides in nursing facility. I was traveling to Virginia to be with her on her birthday, and was planning to bring the balloons to her myself. In the past I have used Hefty freezer bags and they were O.K. but this past weekend my daughter, son'in'law and I froze 50 quarts of cream corn, they leaked and we tried to go ahead and freeze them, we had them all filled, again they leaked all in the freezer, hopefully the corn is O.K., but time will tell. I paid $365 by credit card on March 30, 2006 for company logo, redesigned webpage, or new webpage, and logo to be copyrighted. This was and still is called the 2000 Series. Snapfish (www.snapfish.com) is an online digital photo sales. I usually buy from Kodakgallery.com which has great pictures for $.15 ea. Only 1.49 to have pics sent to local store. Pulled in by Snap fish $.09 per pic sale, and shipping was $.49 per 10 pics. I went over to Kodak when it was to late just to compare apples to apples and Kodak was cheaper and better. The firm is officially located in Grass Valley California but services throughout southern California; I live in the San Gabriel Valley. My heater was installed but my credit card was debited two times. I didn't discover this until my bill arrived over a month later. They seem to have corrected it a good 16 days after the first debit. I had the AMC for my Aquaguard Water Purifier with your Gurgaon Branch Sector 4 for more than four ( 2) years now. While Purchasing the equipment, it was communicated to my by your sales person that as a special scheme, it is covered under "Life Time warranty" and you need to pay only the AMC charges every year, if wish so. Contracted to demo an old pool and some fencing and to replace them in 3/06. There has been no work done since 4/8/06. Lots of promises but NO WORK. These guys have a website that has an "honesty manifesto" and they even offer incentive guarantee. They promise to protect you from the "pool sharks". I had a Bosch Hydropower10 H hot water system fitted last August 05 and it has never worked properly, will not relight when the gas bottles run out. I have had the plumber back at least 3 times and it has not been fixed, now it keeps going out all the time even with two full bottles and when I tried to ring the plumber he told me he was not interested and hung up on me and won’t answer my calls. I have a room air conditioner that I purchased on August 23, 2005 that was used for approximately 4 weeks last summer before I stored it for the winter. I re-installed it in June and it does not work. I have been a long standing customer of Carrot Ink. The most recent black cartridge I purchased from them leaked in the printer (HP 970 CSE) when the printer was not in use. The ink leaked onto the circuit boards in the printer and destroyed them. Last December I had a generator installed by Ready Power Inc., located in Jasper Georgia. As of July the generator has never performed. During that time period, Ready Power replaced the battery 3 times and another part, still not solving the problem. Service is difficult enough to find at Sam's Club; but, this lack of service is tolerated in that they frequently have lower pricing. It does not bother me that they do not supply bags in that I prefer to use my own. I am an enviromentalist and as such I have mesh bags and canvas bags that I use each time I purchase groceries or other items that fit within the bags. I purchased a value pak of you hefty one zip gallon storage bags with a quantiy of 30. Over half of the bags would not open or would rip at the zipper when they were opened. I was very disappointed with the product. I would hope that you would stand by your product. I do not have my reciept for this so I am not sure of the amount it cost me. I have 5 Hampton Bay ceiling fans and tried to locate a contact number for them when two of the fans began to fail. This web site listed a phone number that the writer said was a direct line to Home Depot. I called that number (1-877-527-0313) and found that it was answered by Hampton Bay. The person I spoke to was very helpful and is sending replacement parts and installation information free of charge. I have unfortunately had the experience of dealing with Apex Management concerning my expired gym management. Although their contract seems legitimate they don’t seem to abide by their own expiration dates. Continually my credit card was charged for months after the termination date on the contract.
