Not too long ago a package was delivered to my old apt by UPS. (Lake Point Apts “Off Ablemarle Rd.” Charlotte NC). I left a forwarding address and phone number prior to moving. Galaxy is an EXTREMELY slimy operation. The coordinator, Lee, seems very nice when she wants something. But then once they have your money... They will threaten not to deliver your belongings. The driver tried to charge us $100 extra for no reason upon arrival and since we refused to pay it... They dumped our things in the front yard for us to carry on our own. When I was in NC I had US Cellular phone service for several years. My phone kept disconnecting and they said a new phone would pull in all the new towers. I accepted a new phone, not knowing that it renewed my OLD contract, which had all kinds of original "agreements" that was not on the new sheet they had me sign. Company was hired to move household goods warehouse to door from Miami Florida USA to Thisted, Denmark. I have been using a tata indicom postpaid connection 9216470792 for the past three months. Outgoing calls have been barred scores of times in these three months. Totally unresponsive attitude. I have cleared bills on time. Even rs 1800+ in excess. Call rate applicable is re 1/min but unbilled amount is charged at 2.65 rs so the credit limit is reached in no time and outgoing barred. My complaint is against VSNL/Tata Indicom Broadband services, even though I am not there user. The Wiring or Installation department of the above company is a very poorly planned dept.
