Poor Network
I guess Reliance CallHome has become complacent in servicing their customers. I have been facing real problem in accessing local access numbers to call India. I guess that since they enjoy the market leader position they don’t want to take care of newer customer’s issues. I’m going to see if this issue is resolved within a week. Otherwise, I will switch to Airtel CallHome as my colleagues have recommended Airtel.

not able to cancel the accunt
I have had the account with this company for about 4 years. We have had a perfact paymet history. Now I wanted to close the account and I called on Sept 20th, they said to call on Oct 15th, due to some offer they can not close the account till than, so I called on Oct 15, they said to call after 30 minutes or send email to customer care. I sent email and I called again, this time they said call at midnight or after to cancel the account!!! I guess there is no way out!!

Fraud Business
Reliance India Call, in the beginning, was good; however, their quality of service and business practices are degraded a lot. It is outright fraud now.
Lines don't get connected. They play some nasty music loud - and you think the line is waiting to be connected. But they don't. Yet they deduct minutes.
Their customer service (?) is equally worst. They are rude and expect you to recite all your personal information even before they want to hear your problem. This is true even if you call them from the registered phone. Even my bank doesn't ask that much information. They don't believe you that the lines get disconnected. You can't see the call details of more than 30 days. They send no statements. I am fed up with this company. I understand others are also experiencing the same. Unless they drastically improve their business practices, it is better we all avoid this company.

No double talk time, no website!
There is no website. No double talk time, more minutes shown consumed than actual. I need my talk time back. It says the account in use and I am the only one using it from the registered no.

Access number not working
Simple Reliance india call pay money but access number are not working. Very difficult to reach customer care, if lucky enough then, then rep will entertain you, " we will not be able to provide you any feedback" if you need feedback then send us a email. Use STD to different city to call .. they r providing very poor services. No no should go for them.

Stealing my minute
Often time, when I call India from Atlanta, it doesn't get thru, but they take minutes away. When I called them they tod me that they would investigate and would get back to me within 24 hours. 3 days later, I have not heard anything from them and I called them. They told me they wouldn't give my minute back. This is such UNFAIR practise and they are making money out of it.

Poor Call Quality
I’ve been using Reliance India Call calling cards to call my family back home for a few months now. They started out with excellent prices, quick connectivity and very clear voice calls.
However, over the last few weeks, their call quality has been dropping consistently. I haven’t tested this using any scientific methods or tools. But for a consumer, the fact that the call quality has degraded enough to hear background noise is a huge factor.

No website, no customer service!
Reliance India Call has been having continuous problems with their website and there is no way to recharge an existing account. They have no customer service options which allows one to call in and re-charge their account. If they do not intend to provide a reliable service, they should take themselves off the market. I have tried accessing their website numerous times over the past few weeks only to find out the website has continuously been down!

Website not opening, no customer service contact
The relianceindiacall.com website is not accessible, I can not open the website, as well as when I called the customer service number, it says I have entered wrong pin number. I can not understand whats going on? I checked my credit card, it does not look like someone hacked my pin.
