My complaint is regarding the different scheme that Airtel is introducing and not keeping in constantly and consistently. I've been using the Airtel booster pack since March 2007. The Booster pack is for calling any airtel mobile no.@ Rs.0.10. I purchase my reliance prepaid mobile connection which number is 09313409070 from Noida on 20/03/2007 and after a week it has been disconnected saying that the ID proofs which I submitted where not clear in Xerox copies. I personally went three times and had submitted the ID proofs Xerox copies but my phone has not been started till now. It is more than two months now and mobile is like a child toy to me. The technical team of airtel DSL is not able to rectify frequently breakdown of internet. Daily putting breakdown complaint at customer care center of airtel but fault remain same after visited by the airtel engineers. They ruined it (they admit to that), after a month of trying to correct the jacket and not being able to, they offered me $180 (15 times drycleaning bill) for a $3000 jacket! Nice guys. I have broadband connection of Airtel and for the past one month it has not been working at all. I have continuously lodged complaints but to no avail. Just received a bill from AT&T that includes a charge of $135.12 for calls made on our absolute calling card. I have checked with AT&T if I still have an existing calling card and told me that there is none. The calling card that I had under Pacific Bell is no longer good and is absolute.
