I got a phone from Vontage, I told the lady up front that I had satellite and she said that was ok. When i got the phone after messing with it for a few hours I called them and they told me if I had satellite that I wasn't able to use the phone. I bought a fancy and expensive Viking barbeque in 2001. The igniters have given out. I cannot contact Viking by phone with 2 numbers provided. I purchased 3 igniters and they are the wrong size and do not ignite a flame. I was told by Sue Young Brown parts that the provided igniters are all that is available Sort of a "suck on that pickle " answer. I wish to get a service call but cannot contact Viking. Since January 2006 monthly subscription was deducted from my account and no service was rendered. I have contacted the above named company on numerous occasions with a lot of promises to refund my money. To date nobody from Flexicell has contacted me in connection with this complaint. Suggest you avoid direct gardening .com- plants, when they finally arrive, are a joke-tiny little seedlings and half do not survive a year. I have ordered Comcast Cable / Internet through broadband national few months back. As per the company instruction i have sent my rebate form with the complete details... but suddenly they show up status as: "The service provider is showing a different company as Affiliate of Record for your service order; therefore, the order placed through Broadband National is not a valid service order. Purchased Dyson DC-14 vacuum along w/BEST BUY PERFORMANCE SERVICE PLAN. They sold the plan telling me any problems at all, just call us and we will take care of it! The hose on the Dyson has a large crack which is expanding. Called Best Buy - they do not carry parts for Dyson at all. If I want, I can get the part then replace it and they will reimburse me! I am launching a complaint against Maid Brigade Cleaning Service (301) 336-8942. This company came highly recommended by a friend who has used the company's service for a year. Yahoo charges 11.95 a month for a web hosting starter package. They are about $5-8 more expensive than the average web hosting service (Monsterhost got best reviews). BUT I thought a large company like Yahoo would at least provide TIMELY and ACCURATE service. We had bought dushheri mangoes from a subhiksha store in agra at price of Rs. 14.75 per Kg, while same mangoes have been priced at Rs. 12/- per Kg at other subhiksha store which is 2 kms away from store. My mother and I went to Macy'e shoe department at the Highland Mall in Austin, TX. We were moving from Mumbai and chennai. The packers were supposed to unload and unpack the goods for which they had charged us. In chennai, they send an open truck ( a local trucker) and he refused to unload unless paid in full. Secondly, they were supposed to unload and unpack and we were forced to look for people to unload and spend a bomb to unload and unpack.
