I noticed a charge on my credit card from this company for just under $10. Neither of the 2 people on this card's account have ever heard of the company, so I contacted both the company in question and my credit card company. Due to some unprofessional business practices and odd circumstances surrounding this entire situation I have made contact with a few other organizations that I am hoping will help me to resolve this issue. I went on Pricewatch to find cheap Canon Pixma ink cartridges. ABCink in California came up cheapest. They arrived fine but are impossible to install. Instructions are terrible. When you fire up the printer, it can't read the new cartridges and thinks they are empty. The ABC instructions tell you to "go ahead and print until the out-of-ink error message comes up". I bought a BSNL EVDO Card for internet connection on March 1st. From that day device has some problem, its not working. when i reported the problem to BSNL Hebbagudi office, they told they will forward the device to Bangalore Head office to fix some software problem. When I went to BSNL office for more than 15 times to collect my device, "wait for 2 more days" is the reply I got from them. Using the Call Centers via the 800 numbers provided by Verizon is pointless, especially for Verizon Online services. They make you perform useless tests that most "intelligent" people would perform on their own before even calling, hence why they are calling for services! Lexmark x3470 - this printer is absolute garbage, DO NOT BUY...I bought one and had to replace the ink and then it said cover open when it was not. After trying to fix this for an hour or so I gave up and called Lexmark. They eventually sent me another one which I avoided using for a while and now I have had to use it. I had service and cancelled with Excel over a year ago. Out of the blue I now have charges on my bill for long distance that I never activated. When I called they kept saying I had active service with them. When I asked who activated it and when it was activated all they can say was I activated it. They have absolutely NO back records of my previous plan. Overall this experience and my last was that they have horrible customer service. My whole family has cancelled service with them.
