Missing a blank ink cartridge
Beware of Lexmark. They said it would be shipped to me & I should have it in 3 days. Needless to say, that was 9 days ago.
I was on the phone all morning and they said they shipped another one and I should receive it the next day.
When I asked how it was shipped they told me UPS. I asked for the tracking number and they were hesitant to give it to me. Finally they did.
So I went online and there was no such number. I called back and they told me the shipper was DHL and gave me the number.
Still no tracking number on DHL.
So beware of buying Lexmark. It is my last time.

LEXMARK PRINTER/SCANNER
Stay away from Lexmark products. We purchased a Lexmark printer six months ago and it was a huge mistake. It's the X2650 All-In-One Printer/Scanner and it was a bargain at around $30. And that's where your financial savings end. Unfortunately, I didn't do my research before the purchase. This eats ink (and this is common with ALL of there printers when you read online) and the cartridges are in the $25 range. I mostly print black and white address labels and a cartridge prints about 60 which means I am paying 50 cents each AND supplying the paper. I have made a less than TEN color copies and I have received warnings for a month that my color cartridge is out of ink. This is there schtick and the cartridges are not refillable. The scanner is AWFUL. It works only on flat items and anything slightly dimensional is not an option. I will NEVER buy any Lexmark product again. This is landfill material. ...Going back to HP as soon as I run out of black ink in a few days. Caveat Emptor.

brought a 2 cartridges
Before I get to my concerns. I should able to get to the website without spending 15 min. trying to get thru your promos. !!! When to the Walmart North of Dalisbury. I brought a double pack cartridge (black/ Color). Replace the Cartridges. I did the test. The cartridges did not work. Tried two (2) more times. I when to the store . I tried to explain the cartridges inside the box were different then the label on the outside. I had my receipt plus the test print out. I could not get my CASH MONEY... I explained again and again. I was not ASKING for YOU to GIVE me anything. I wanted what I paid for and I wanted the cartrideges for my printer!!!

Beware of buying from Lexmark
I bought a Lexmark printer and it was missing a blank ink cartridge. Instead of making the 96-mile round trip to get it, I called Lexmark.

Problem With IC
LEXMAR PRINTER, WITH NO T650n, not working properly. Technician opinion is problem with IC. Since you have provdied to receive the free service till one year of the purchase of the same. We have purchased it on 31-03-2010. Invoice No. 1175012607 The IC Should be replaced. Please do the needful, as early as possible.

Took money from my account without providing a service
I went on the Lexmark website to get help with installing my new printer.
This company took $14.00 right away from my account but never provided any service. I asked for a refund imediately but this fee is still on my account.
I phoned the Lexmark company directly, and they helped me with my problem for free!!
I want the $14.00 refunded imediately because no service was given to me.
The Lexmark company said they have never heard of this before.

Ink Cartridge Replacement Pricing
I have owned a Lexmark 2600 printer for about a year. At the time I purchased it, I thought it was a good thing to get something that was affordable and didn't use a ton of ink because I don't print that often and have no need for color pictures off my computer. I think I spent around $60 for it. Well in the past year I have spent over $200 just keeping it printing (in black and white mind you). I have had to purchase 10 ink cartridges to keep the printer running. Of course, with older printers I have owned, you could run it down until the ink was dry and nothing came out anymore... but with this printer, they have put a new program in that basically won't let you print anything once it "says" you can't. I have to call Bullsh*t on this one... I know I should complain to them directly, but after reading some of the posts on here about their lack of caring, I don't know that my voice will matter there - plus I might get arrested if I have to deal with them.
If anyone else cares to share their thoughts on this kind of thing and the price of ink as it is (like they have to drain it from some precious natural resource) I'd appreciate your feedback. I was looking for support not necessarily to file a joint complaint, but if there are enough of you out there who are as outraged as I am, perhaps we could form a collective...

No printer drivers with Windows upgrade
When upgrading to Windows7 or Vista, my Lexmark X65n printer has no available driver, and none is forthcoming from Lexmark. This printer is less than three years old and is not heavily used. This degree of obsolescence is simply too much. They advertise an upgrade on the printer driver site!

Bad service
I bought a Lexmark Printer Series (1300).Dual cartridge holder color/black, I called Lexmark and asked for the cartridge number for black. I was told to purchase #16. I did for $34 plus tax. It won't sit correctly in it's housing. I emailed Lexmark a week ago, about the problem no response.
I'm stuck with a useless and expensive ink cartridge. Unable to return it to the retailer because it has been opened.
Suggestions???

Scam and cheating
Every time I try to print something it wants a cartridge alignment, even though I already did it. Lexmark tech/customer non-support will never talk to me or email me after repeated attempts to contact them.
