Having just purchased a $300 winter coat from Queenspark in Chatswood Chase shopping centre I found that NEITHER of the pockets were sewn up the jacket smelt like SMOKE and there were STAINS on the inside of the jacket!!! I submitted an easy-to-make inexpensive novelty pen that thousands of companies could probably produce. Nothing complicated about it. This has happened for the third and last time. I order flowers online and paid the price listed. Within 2 days I receive an email from FTD, offering the same item on sale at huge savings. This time 20.00 off on a 39.00 item. When contacted they would not issue a credit. Its strickly a gimmick. Every time you place an order that item will go on sale to lure you in to another purchase. I am consumer of Idane Gas and I had booked gas on 22-04-2008 with Sahaj Enterrises, Govindpuri, Kalkaji, New Delhi (Gas Agnecy). Till date the refiled gas cylinder not delivered. Despite several telephone calls and various visits to their office, they have not supplied the cylinder as yet. After several visits to employees of Dueck, submitting documents, and considerable stress on myself, Dueck finally admitted to an error in their accounting department and found that I did have two oil for life certificates. In October 2007 I purchased a 2 year cell phone contract with T-Mobile from a Simply Wireless stand at Landmark Mall Alexandria. However, the voice mail set-up did not work. I tried to fix it with T-Mobile, but they referred me back to Simply Wireless. At Simply Wireless they could not fix it either and referred me back to T-Mobile. They sold me a one-year maintenance agreement which included 2 service visits. They provided one but refused to honor the other one because more than 12 months had passed since I purchased the contract. So I pre-paid for service and then they just kept my money and didn't provide the service. The owner was ridiculously rude to me. I sent them the paper work they requested and still they call me and tell me to pay the balance which they have dropped from 900.00 to 585.00. Called for yearly maintenance service for heat pump. Customer service person told me that I had 2 free maintenance services before 12/08.
