Poor customer service! 3 floral items were delivered by this florist to a funeral for a family member. The only info provided on the card was the handwritten name of the sender. I needed a description of the item (flower or plant) in order to write "Thank You" notes. I received no response after 5 phone calls. All calls were made during business hours within a period of 1 1/2 weeks. The first call, I left a detailed message on answering machine. Second call, the person was too busy and would call me back. Third and fourth calls, no answer. Fifth call, he called me by name so he obviously received earlier messages, he explained that he had been too busy to help before but could help me now. He would research the info and call me back immediately. I explained that this was my fifth call to PLEASE call me back. He did not. I drove 35 miles to the florist for an answer. I got my info. Their explanation was 1) they were too busy to help me (did I think that I was their only customer) 2) they don't listen to their messages on the answering machine. 3) the card had inadequate info on it because they were too busy that day to enclose the florist card with the proper info. I didn't see the plants or flowers. I have no idea if they were decent or not. As a family member of the bereaved, this was the last thing I needed!
