The is a public establishment, it is not a private club. I was sitting a the bar eating, it was 9 AM. A man came in and ordered a drink, he was not drunk, the other patrons were disscussing politics and was commenting on who they would vote for president. The gentlemen spoke up and said he liked Obama. All of a sudden patron whipers to the bartender, walks up to the stranger and beats the crap out of him, broke his jaw, his eye socket and knocked him unconsious. On Aug 25th, a repair serviceman appointed by First American looked at my heating unit and told me that he could not fix because it was still under warranty. I had to pay $55 just for this person to tell me he couldn't help me. Then I called First American. I was told that I should call the company covering the warranty to get it fixed. I have been getting nothing but a run-around with the service manager Mark and the other Manager Howard re: a refund for a product they sold me and they agreed they owe it to me but I have yet to see the money. The company was contracted to move my furniture and appliances from one location to another. The movers damaged my walls (which i repaired at my own cost), washing machine, fridge, dinigroom table, queen base and various other items. They also stole a bottle of whiskey while in transit. I applied for high speed dsl with A.T.&T. in May of 2008. They sent me the wrong modem. I called and they said to send it back but charged me for it and it ttok threemonths to get the charge off. I received the new, more expensive, modem and finally got the late charge penalties for the first modem reversed. I purchased a DVD that was advertised as training to ride Paso Fino Horses on their web site. It was an amatuerish pice of junk that is worthless. I was lied to several times by Deborah Goldman as to when it would ship - had to get PayPal involved before they shipped it. Our business was suffering 20Kb download speed from a T1 dedicated cable. Called Tuesday of last week to get a tech to come out, and was given a "window" period of 12pm to 5pm for them to come out. I ordered a Lolita wine glass last December. I was told it was back ordered. I tried to cancel the order -my credit card was charged immediately when the order was placed - but no luck. I ordered two patches and paid for them both in full via paypal right away. Thier website states that they ship within two weeks. I waited over a month for them to send me an email saying that they are canceling my order because they are out of stock. It took the over a month to tell me this? The phone number on both websites is bogus. It goes to a generic voicemail that tells you to put in a voicemail box number to check your messages. Called SANYO Wireless Warranty for Sprint at the request of Sprint for repairs on a Katana cell phone. Phone was purchase 5/13/07 and stopped working a few months later. After suffering about a year from a real lemon of a design ShopVac that kept losing casters, and every section of wand coming apart CONSTANTLY and also the hose pulling right out of the unit without any trouble at all, I emailed then phoned the company.
