UPS is very inconistent with its drop off policy. My shipper specific allowed for package to be left with signature. Which I signed for, but the driver refuses to leave package. It is completely indiscriminate wether they leave it or not. FedEx always leave, and is much much better service. I can't believe I am saying this but so is USPS. We had our wedding photos done by RedLine (formerly Blur photography) and you really do get what you pay for. It may be the "best priced" but the quality is horrible. Do not be fooled by the gallery that is displayed on the website. The lighting is off, the assistants were un-educated, and the main photographer seemed to be taking un-necessary photos. We hardly had any good photos from the proofs to choose from. There's a good reason why it was called Blur Photography. There is also poor service when trying to communicate with the company. This company has a Better Business Bureau rating of F for good reason. Like many others in this area we did not do our homework before signing up and paying for a full year of service. There were problems from the outset (poor, sloppy installation) and service that degraded to the point that it was less than dial up. This does not work like satellite, it is more of a wi-fi system. I am a Digitel subscriber and I had a 128kbps speed but I applied for the new Bida 832kbps around June-July 2008 that was bundled with a landline phone, when the technician came and setup everything it was fine and the speeds were incredibly fast but after 3 hours of use the speed went back to the old speed which is 128kbps. After purchasing a 90$ usb headset from rocketfish, it broke in about two weeks. The main structural piece connecting the two ear pieces to the headband, is 1/10 of a cm thick and made of rubber that tears. The ear pieces rip off the headset in less than a month. I gone the Indian Acres for every year for many years to enjoy there haunted ride and corn maze. It is usually an awesome place to go thus why I went every year. Bad Customer Service Relationship. I called VonAge to disconnect their service since I was having an issue with internet bandwidth. I do understand VoIP market is very competitive, but the customer service representative doesn't let me go. It took more than 25 minutes to unsubscribe to their phone service including putting me on hold 3 times saying their system is very slow. Flora Painting Group was paid in full for the job... but the downstairs ceilings were never completed. The owner promised they would come back and complete the work. After you sing you start getting call from them offering you to upgrade your membership but keep the fact that if you cancel you wont get your money back.
