Yesterday I received delivery of a Bullworker Steel Bow only to be disappointed as soon as it was put in my hand. The box was torn, obviously roughly handled in transit but then again it could be argued whether the packaging was suitable for delivery. On opening the Bullworker Steel Bow box I find the exercise chart sitting on top of the apparatus held with an elastic band. The chart was all bent and creased and in poor condition. On the day of the pre elections my mom when to vote, she parked on a no stopping sign, she did not see it but she understood that if she got a ticket it was her problem. She got a ticket for $45, so she thought. I continue to receive a billing from Reiman Publications indicating I still owe for a gift subscription for which I have already paid. If I did not keep my records and mark them paid, I would be sending them another check since there is no mailed confirmation for their having received it. I called their billing department, (a number nowhere to be found on their statements 1-800-344-6913) and was told their billing process is to send a repeat request for 3 months... I was getting married and had put an outfit in the cleaners to wear after my reception. I had only worn the outfit once and had paid a lot of money for it. So I put in the cleaners Arnolds on Broad River Rd where I had previously been on many occassions. I have been to the Dillard House about 10 times in the last four years. Every single time I have been I was more than pleased. I recommend it to people who later tell me how much they enjoyed it. I have also stayed there at the hotel. Everything there is wonderful.To the lady that complained about undercooked food, YES THAT WAS A SMOKE RING. They smoke most of their meat. Miller-Plante sent a box of their septic-tank treatment to our house in the summer of 2001. I called and asked them to come pick it up, we didn't want it. The guy tried to make a deal with me, lower the price, and used every stall tactic in the book. I finally filed a formal complaint, and then I called UPS and filed a complaint with them as well, and they sent out a call tag to have the box picked up and sent back to Miller-Plante at no cost to me. We got involved with PMI, which is affiliated with TaxClub. As each step progressed, it has cost us more and more money. The worst part is none of the costs are discussed or mentioned up front. I, in fact, had said at one point (to PMI) that "we don't have any more money to invest" and was told that there "would be no more costs". A typical excuse used to turn down your claims at eSecuritel is "No cause for damage". If you cant give them an overly detailed "accidental event" that you can prove you didn't cause, your "Rejected". Prepare your story because they claim to tape you. Always request a copy thru your cell company, that's what got me my blackberry! My carrier even got them to send me a new one, that's almost unheard of. I canceled my insurance then and there!! Smaller companies become bigger companies by limiting the numbers of claims they accept, making ever changing "interrupting" of their terms of service. read full review »

My friends and I were victims of a violent bouncer who screamed at us, spitted on me and yelled using an innappropiate language. This man should not work in a business of hospitality, dealing with customers. I am a female, he scared me and my friends and even though we spoke to the manager, no action was taken, he said that we could send him an email later but did not repriment the agressive man in any manner. I had my 2000 Toyota Tundra truck taken to Day Toyota for inspection this September, as I did every year. Only this year I was told they could not inspect my truck because the frame was rusted out above one of the rear wheels. They never mentioned any problem with the frame in prior years and all of my service was done by them. They said Toyota could do nothing about the problem because they had no problems with the Tundra frames, only the Tacoma Truck frames. We purchased gas at Petro on the corner of Bradfordville Road and Bull Headly Road. Our Yukon is shaking, sputtering, and missing.. Don't buy gas at this station. This is the second time that this has happened.. the first time was after the gas shortage about three or four weeks ago. Hige prices and low quality. The sales representative who sold us the packet was really good at convincing us to buy into the time share to the point that we signed the contract under duress. Ever since we have had the time share(4 yrs), we have only been able to use it once because there is no availibility, it is always booked. I have been going to Dryclean Depot at the Farmington Hills Location in MI for about 2 months now. On my last trip I had given shirts for laundry. They only arrived 8 hours later to tow it.It is still under guarantee and they charged me R450 for towing charges, contrary to the guarantee. When Weber and Grahn sold me a furnace they never told me that it needed someone else to "set it up". The furnace NEVER worked properly. I kep calling and each time they sent someone who made the problem worse. TWICE they spilled fuel on the basement floor and inside the furnace, sending fumes into my home. We stayed at this hotel for two nights in room 202 during a three-day holiday. While the staff was friendly and professional, we did experience some trouble. Ours was a non-smoking room, yet the hallway was heavy with the smell of smoke. Creative Cabling is a ripoff! They did the install of my phone system couple months ago and when my phone line was down from Hurricane Ike, they came out to test the line. They said the problem was AT&T and left after 10 minutes of work. I was consequently billed for $150, a full hr of labor + trip charge, for just testing the phone line and telling me it's not their fault. I called the owner Sam for clarity and he just said this is standard procedure. Creative Cabling is just another ripoff artist taking advantage of a hurricane victim!
