While my problems are smaller than some of the other complaints the theme is the same. Fleetwood has very poor quality control. The side doors on my RV don't fit good, the screen door would latch to the outer door or the door frame but not both, the front dash A/c leaked water into the cab, the rear roof a/c didn't work etc. In addition I received a recall notice about some wiring issues around the jacks. I bought a Helio phone and family plan from Invicta Wireless. They claim to be Helio's only authorized online dealer when in fact, Helio tells me this is not true. Their prices were good so I went with them. Well, the guy who I ordered it from, Asif, promised my phones would be at my house on a tuesday. The phone didn't come until the following thursday. I had purchased a USB retractable cable with iPod connector. I could not get it to connect to my iPhone without risk of damage, so I wanted to return it. The employee claimed there was nothing wrong with it and that I would have to pay the 15% restocking fee. iPod & iPhone connectors are supposed to be compatible. He stated it only said iPod on the package, not iPhone. I told him to prove that the connectors were different, but he declined to even ask another tech or look it up. When one books into the Hilton, one expects a certain level of integrity, and an oasis in a foreign country. In Alexandria, Egypt one is being charged 450 USD per month for a 'high speed' internet connection. Steep. But especially infuriating when one finds that it's NOT a high speed connection at all, and even the provider admits that the line to the hotel is far too slow but, apparently, the hotel management refuse t upgrade to the right speed, even though they are making a fortune from the service. I own two homes; both with inground pools. I used American Craftsmen Pool for openings and closings of my pools plus any repairs needed. In 2006 both my pools went green and couldn't be cleared up. I actually had to close them down in July because the water would not go blue. In 2007 I switched pool companies and guess what? They had my pools clean and clear with a simple filter cleaning. Turns out American Craftsmen wasn't cleaning the filter like I was paying them for. I've had to fight American Craftsmen in court for the last two years to get my wasted money back. Ok my air stops working due to lack of service. I call these guys and they send out a tech that has twenty-two years experience. They come out and tell me they need to clean the system due to lack of service. They clean the unit and replace the filter; the charge is nearly two-hundred dollars. I have attempted to return to receiving a regular, paper bill from DTE energy ever since I enrolled in e-bill and I never received my statements. I contacted the company by phone twice and sent one email requesting them to PLEASE SEND ME A BILL. Instead, I kept receiving threatening calls when my bill due date passed. Of the total $7400 paid up front $1850 was considered payment for our wedding video. We still don't have it. We have made several attempts to contact them in the last year. On 9/24/08 I went to Dickey's and ordered 1/2 pounds of hot links. The guy who was serving me cut up 2 links and then weighed them. When he placed them on the scale it weighed .39 pounds and not .5 pounds. I told the guy this and he responded by saying it did weight .5 pounds. I then asked him to reweigh the serving in which he did and it weighed .39 pounds. The guy who was serving me made a sigh then placed additional links on my plate. This cheat claims to do kitchens in 6, 000 and baths in 4, 000. But he uses such inferior cabinets and his work is also so poor. I had a cabinet door completely broken down and the floor tiles all shaking and loose in just 3 months, after he finished the work. But he would just vanish after he collects his money. I emailed them on 9/22/2008 and did not get a reply, I emailed them again on 9/25/2008 and tried calling the listed number and turned out to be just a answering machine that you can not even leave a message at all as the memory is full. I purchased Drive Vaccine Plus some time ago. I had to uninstall it to restore my system. I re-installed the software. You have to register it through the net, normally. When I tried to do this, it gave me an error that basically said I had no more valid registrations available. I sent an e-mail to the support team ( if you can call it support ) and over 24 hours later am still not recieving any response and my software that I PURCHASED is useless. Be careful if you intend to buy something from this company as I got scammed with one of their products, Voice Translator English<->Russian for Pocket PC. They claim that the software can translate your voice from English to Russian and the way around but it never worked. Garmin has been wonderful with it's product support. Unfortunately MSN has NOT!!! I paid $1, 000 for a garmin Nuvi 680 May 07. I also Paid MSN $129 for "lifetime" service. My antenna/receiver was defective and failed. Garmin is replacing it at no cost. MSN refuses to transfer my service to this replacement antenna/receiver. They have offered to pro-rate a refund and will re-charge me $129 when I get this replacement. So after 3 weeks of being without my car, I got a call this morning that my car was finally ready. Naturally I was very excited. First I went to return the rental. This took me an hour. I made my way to BMW, to find that they are charging me another 534 for a part they "forgot" to bill my insurance, but they will fax them and my insurance will send me a check without a doubt. I originally ordered a Gas Tank, Gas Tank Straps, and a Gas Tank Seal...I only received the straps. After 24 days, 8 phone calls, and over 6 hours on the phone I had only received the straps (item 2). Then after 29 days and the same scenario, but 10 calls to customer service and over 8 hours on the phone, they finally agreed to refund my money for items 1 and 3 (the Gas Tank and the seal). I was charge for a CCR plan which is credit card protection plan, I never ask for this service. When I found out about this charges I called Sears and they told me that they were not the ones responsible for the charges. They told me that I had to call the CCR 1800 number in order to have the charges off my account. I called the number and the person that I talk to told me that she was going to set the balance to $0. I ordered $145.45 worth of clothing from Hollister on August 20th. As of this date, October 13th, they have not arrived. According to US Post Office Tracking, the package has been sitting since August 22nd. Hollister does not care that I have not received it, since technically they did ship the items. However, they should care enough to call the Post Office from THEIR end as the shipper and get this order to me.
