Larry and Greg Pence built our home in 2001. Our basement has flooded four times since we moved in October 2005. We have called the Pences to ask about the drainage and grading plans but they have never returned our calls. In addition, but unrelated to the flooding, they left the old driveway from the former house in our yard so the soil won't grow there. We took a Jaguar X-Type in for service in April of 08. We told them the car was making a whining noise and it was still under factory warranty. This company has repeated called with high pressure sales tactics. I have repeated requested to be taken off their call list. In each case the caller has hung up on me. Here are the specifics for each instance. The first time was to say we had a credit from previous travel with them in 1999 and 2003. As I was telling them to take us off the list they hung up. The second time they said, with our credits we could travel for as little as $99. When I request they send information in the mail so I could review it, they hung up again. I was involved in a disagreement with a Certified Service Consultant Viviana Mundo though out the day on 17-Sep-2008. She lied to me not once, but on several occasions. This outfit employs shady sales people and finance managers. They tell lies to your face about your credit score in order to raise the interest rate you have to pay on financing. They cheated my girlfriend by adding charges for paint protection, GAP insurance and extended warranty all of which she didn't understand and thought were being included in the asking price. This guy has put a freeze on my account for a 1991 credit card bill. He never notified me. The party I spoke to in his office said they had a judgment against me from 1994. I never knew about that because I had moved and never got the summons to go to court. He would not make payment arrangements and wouldn't even listen to garnishing my salary. I am calling to complain about Lan airlines and their amazing lack of customer concern or service. I was scheduled to fly out of Lima, Peru on August 29, early morning about 6am. I took a taxi to the airport, running a little late and unfortunately the taxi driver got pulled over for speeding, which further delayed my arrival at the airport. I purchased a HP notebook computer for ~$990 and a Circuit City Advantage Protection Plan (4 yrs.) for ~$395. The plan would take care of the repair of the laptop and replace it if they were unable to repair it. Buying the notebook and protection plan was a BIG mistake. Bug Out was hired to spray my house for pests once a month. What ever they used didn't work, they had to keep coming out to spray for ants 2x a month every month. Our water was shut off in between paydays. it took us 2 days to borrow the money to have the water turned back on. after reviewing the bill and calling the water company we were informed there was a 30.00 reconnect fee.
