Our 4 year old Genie Pro opener has occasional phantom openings. When it happens neither the remote or the wall control will lower the door. The circuit breaker must be turned off and back on. Today for the first time I was able to observe the opening. The lights in the house flickered off/on one time and the door went up. I bought one two pound bag of young pecans @ Sams in Wilmington N. C. several weeks ago. openned them and found dried up old nuts that are tastleless!! Very few are good!! I feel I have been gipped!! I baught 2 of your rumor phones on Saturday, I was advised that both phones will be activated in 24 hours. well one of the phones was activated and now the second phone has a number lost in la-la land. spoke with supervisor Lee and 15 others and continue to get different answers. I think Sprint service is the worst ever, For sprint service for the first time it is the utmost worst service i have ever seen or delt with. now after 6 days the did do something they turned off my old phone and now I have no phone isent that something they can turn off a phone but have no clue on how to get the new one to work. read full review »

This Wedsday I had an experience with this company I am not likely ever to forget. The service man never showed up at my home and claimed he had. Then he had the gaul to to tell his office that he had been to my home. The office called and said that not only did I not answer my phones but the repair man stood outside my door for 15 minutes and knocked and knocked--this was odd I even waited on my front porch for the no show. ORdered Flowers and a mylar Balloon for a total of $48 including $18 to have flowers and Balloon deliverd. Flowers arrived and not balloon. Immediately called Gerald Boeh Flowers Inc and informed them that the balloon was not delivered. BEWARE... When you buy a General Ionics system, they strap you over the barrel on service costs. Has anyone else experienced this? Yes, the product is great. Yes, it has a lifetime warranty. But, in order to maintain the system and the warranty, you need to have it serviced every 2 years. This includes having the filtration media changed. I wanted to ship a container of goods to eastern europe... I googled a bit and talk to people. many of them suggested to go to Delmar International. I called them 3 times... All 3 times they keep transferring me over and over because they are not sure who is the person in charge... then they take my phone and told me they'll call me within 24 hours... Nothing!!!... Plumber called to home for service in master bath. Was given lengthy description of what it would entail to fix the problem. It sounded difficult and would take at least a couple of hours.Given a per job rate of $464-- I did agree to it. The plumber was done in 45 minutes-- I was shocked. I was to have my gas restore today. The customer service representive I spoke to said, "you don't have to be home, we can turn on your gas from outside." I waited one week for this service. Today North Shore Gas came out and I was at work. My son was home but spoke to no one. North Shore Gas technician left a note stating he was there and no one was home, someone needed to be home for him to turn on the gas. The owner doesn't care about the quality of his workmanship. He doesn't diagnose the problem properly. He caused a part he fixed (exhaust camshaft) to fail due to his poor workmanship. Then it took me over a year to get him to tow the vehicle back to his shop. Then he didn't completely fix it and lied in small claims court. We used Pilot Air Freight for all of our international shipping for two years before realizing that they were not catogorizing our shipments correctly. They were supposed to be advising us on exporting issues and never told us many of the things we should have done. I was scheduled for a phone interview by Kristen Riffle, the "scheduler", of Bridgeway Professionals for 1:00pm on 16 Oct 2008. The interview was scheduled to be conducted by recruiter Amy Recker. I had replied two days prior via e-mail that the above-mentioned time was agreeable. However, as of ~2:00pm today (16 Oct 2008), I have yet to receive a call from Ms. Recker to conduct the phone interview, nor have I received any notice that there might be a scheduling conflict. This is just POOR customer service - not only to the person waiting for the phone interview, but also to the company that has hired this agency to recruit candidates for them. read full review »

To find exatly the color she wanted, I went to Sally Beauty Supply where I bought the Color Jamz "Tripped up Turquoise". This company called one of our stores and spoke to the assistant manager, telling her they needed to confirm our contact info for an online listing, although we never solicited their advertising. She gave them the contact info and they asked her to verify they could post, and she said yes. We then received an invoice for nearly $500 for this listing, which includes nothing but our address and phone number, not even a hyperlink to our website. I received them and one had a white line across the toe (defect) I called chris and he said that he would replace them. I started another 12 month contract with a promise of a reduced fee package. Since then they have consistently overcharged me every month in my opinion. I have to phone them which usually takes a good 15mins (@5p a minute) to sort it out. I get told it will be credited on my next bill. My next bill arrives, not only has it not been credited I've been overcharged again! So I got my bills together highlighted all the overcharging etc and with a stern letter sent it to them. I really would not recommend Toucan as a provider, especially as Waitrose broadband which I switched to provide a substantially quicker connection, a much better customer service and technical support, which is also free to call. Primus were unclear in charging. Absolutely hopeless technically. Trying to set up at home with Vista was nearly impossible. By the end, I knew all help line staff by name. They'd had me downloading, installing, uninstalling. Finally after MONTHS, they conceded the problems were with their server. E.mail was also useless. After weeks of trying to set up with their help, their server crashed catastrophically, and all info was lost. Price fluctuates monthly and inexplicably. At one point we couldn't dial any 0800 numbers. Broadband service kept disappearing. In total, I must have spent HOURS on to their help line. read full review »

The service I received is poor, it's hard to get a response to queries. Response to emails is hard, I had no response for weeks, only then when I suggested that I was going to complain to OFCOM even then it didn't provide any answers, I found it was very impersonal. I have now tried to close down my domain but this is proving to be very difficult, any e mails sent to my closed domain are just ending up in cyberspace rather than informing sender that the address no longer exists. read full review »

I do not recommend breathe.com provider. Also, just remember that if you wish to cancel your account from them, and you are told to ring the 60p a minute phone line, rather than cancel online, DON'T! There is nothing in the contract saying that you have to pay to leave them, which is what you are doing by being forced to ring their extortionate phone line. Just cancel your debit/credit card if you need to, and get a new one. read full review »

I am tripping over the bags under my eyes. Brightview Internet Services Limited (who operate the Which? magazine best-buy Waitrose Anytime dial-up isp) seem to think that I have used the internet for 200 hours over the last 12 days! WWIL/ZeeNext broadband is worst broadband provider I have personally so far experienced. The download speeds never go above 8kbps for 64kbps connection, and 35kbps for a 256kbps connection. I envy my friends who have BSNL broadband and have download speeds of at least 200 kbps. I warn ZeeNext that if they continue like this, I will leave. By the way, I paid RS 1500 initially for the connection and he said that was the minimum amount you will have to pay to get the connection and it is not refundable. Before it used to be that when the phone on the other line rings, yahoo does not charge as long as no one picks up the call and as long as you are able to cancel the call within 60 seconds.
