I recently went to a local Wal-Mart to have my oil changed. They are suppose to check and top off the other fluids as part of the service. I purposely go with an empty windshield washer reservoir. Dent Teck, a company in Vista California, failed to refund money paid even though the services were not rendered and Nate Davis (proprietor) agreed to provide a complete refund of the money ($275). We received a letter with an enclosed check. What tipped us off was the T-Mobile USA logo on the check. No where in the letter was T-Mobile mentioned. The amount of the check was $ 4, 700.00 and the letter stated that the purpose of this check is for the payment of Canadian Non-Resident Government Service Tax (GST). The most competitive price listed was by a company called HypAudio.com at $998.00 plus $149.95 for shipping and delivery of a new US warranted machine. I purchased 2 headsets from this company and 1 Bluetooth headset was DOA, they suggested calling the manufacturer to fix it, talked with the manufacturer and they agreed that it was dead and to return it for a new one which they reluctantly did. I ordered two printer ink refills, which Printpal claimed had the same OR BETTER quality than new ones. Both of them do not work, they print in streaks and the papers come out unreadable. I am knowledgeable with computers so this is not an error on my part, they gave me two bogus products.
