My experience could not have been better. I inquired about whether the camera was new and was told it was. I ordered the camera, they telephoned me and offered an extra battery etc. The price was $100 less than any other "store" and I received my new camera as scheduled. We chose this reseller due to the low price on froogle.com. Unfortunately the service was not quite up to par. While the website states that the item would be shipped in 2-3 days, we did not receive the item for about 2 weeks. When we finally did receive the item, it was a faulty unit. I should have smelled a rat, when this company did not provide any telephone number or address. The only way to communicate with Bridgeport Bankruptcy was through a rectangular square on their web site. Then, they would reply by sending a message to your e-mail address. They even warned that the e-mail address used in sending their messages to you would not be responded to - that only that rectangular square on web site would receive attention. My friend has sent a Parcel on 09-Dec-2008 from Netherlands to me(India). Still i did not receive the Parcel. The documents in the parcel are very very urgent to me. I have contacted this company for a website design. They agreed to build a website for me for $1350 and asked for a deposit 0f 450.00 which I paid the same day. When I realized that the website was not being created after 3 weeks, I asked for my money back so that I could go to a different company. They refused to refund my deposit under the pretext that they usually ask for half of the amount and since my 450 was less than half of 1350 they cannot refund my money. This company designed a web site for me for my business. After forking out over $1200.00 it was not designed to my requirements. I had pages with forms of them that did not work. To this date they have fixed them. They charged me for a page that I was supposed to get free for paying up front for hosting for a year. They were supposed to design a page for people to post their information. That was never done. My advice is do not use this company. I felt like total RIP OFF! I had a really bad experience with these company. I scheduled a move early in the morning at 8:30 and they didn't showed up till 12:00. This site is blocking emails to their customers accounts from sites without any proof. I received an email to advise my email had been rejected as it was listed in a negative database as a Home Internet Connection. The server in fact is in a cluster, in the largest Data Centre in Europe and has never been a home connection. Made a purchase at Good Feet Store of 2 sets of plastic inserts. While I was pleased with one set, the other did not support my feet at all, and I returned them for an exchange within the 60 day grace period they give, less than a month after the original purchase. The only reason they stay in Missouri is that Missouri will not help an employee get their wages due to them because it is a hire at will state so unless you take them to court you are screwed. DVCentury.com advertised 1 GB of DDR RAM for $78- I bought it- received a used 512mb module that did not even work right. I called and the owner "SAM" was very uncooperative. Ordered power supply. It was DOA. (Even though as per the site they TEST them). It took 6 weeks to get another RMA's. (the delay due to insufficient RMA tracking, I suppose, I had to give them the UPS tracking # so they could "Find" it.) Got confirmation from EVERYONE EXCEPT VITADIGEST. Vitadigest never even acknowledged me order until 12/19/2008, then stating that that was the date I placed the order. John Nelson, a customer service rep, recognized that the ad was entered wrong, and I wasn't going to get what I had requested. Before the original camera arrived, he corrected the order.
