I moved with Rodney's, an approximately 45 mile move. During the move, the mount for my flat-screen television "disappeared". I asked about it before they left my new home and they kept saying that it was "around somewhere". I moved only a studio sized unit. After searching and finding nothing, I contacted them several times by phone. They kept saying they would call me back and only did so twice but the promised final call to me was never made nor have they offered to replace the mount which was less than a year old and valued at approximately $180. Took two pair of drapes ($600 value) to this cleaners to be dry cleaned. Took a week longer than promised to get back. Charged $140 for cleaning. We have been loyal customers of AT&T for years, but in Jan, Feb, Mar, and Apr of 2007 our service with Dish Network (which was bundled with AT&T) had many problems. 2 out of 3 of the boxes refused to work. Gainsaver is a scam company. Do not buy anything from Gainsaver. I bought a G5 computer from them and it did not work right out of the box. Cost me $60.00 to ship it back and they will only issue a store credit. This company is running a scam. I received great service until I paid him to design a logo for my company, then although the website states "Fast turnaround" I am still waiting on my logo (about a month later). In addition, the samples he has provided so far were poor and lacked creativity. This was a waste of my money, not only the quality was mediocre but I have yet to see a finished product and it's is a month later since I made payment. I refused to sign up for a one-year contract with yellowpages.com after excessive phone pressure. I want to warn everyone that Charter could care less about their customers. The Charter people worked on their set up in our front yard. I have been trying to reach this company within the seven days to cancel, but everytime I email it comes back and tells me the address can not be found.
