On October the 17th I had an adt alarm system installed in my house. I was promised a 100.00 gas rebate by the representative. When I received the rebate coupons, it seems I could only redeem 1 per mo. I sent my first one in October. No response. I sent another one in November. No response. Today Dec. 8, 2008 I tried to call the company. I couldn't get an answer. I searched the name on the net. No address was found. I found another letter about a rip off from this company. Wells Digital is some kind of a scam where they take orders and bill credit card companies but never send you anything. No one answers the phone or responds to e-mails so the only thing you can do is report it to your credit card company. Credit Card Company takes 8 weeks to investigate. After 8 weeks, the charge re-appears on your credit card statement because Wells Digital tells the credit card company that the charge is real. You dispute the charge again and again it takes 8 weeks to investigate. How Wells Digital makes money form this I am not sure. But it is definitely some type of a scam. read full review »

They are legally criminals, and I am taking them to court. They charged my credit card in 9/13/00 for an auction I was not even aware I won.I then waited until October to cancel the order, in which they said they could not. Went to order the Canon Digital Rebel and they tole me it was in stock and would be shipped that dar to the following day. Called back a week later and said that it was just shipped and would be gettinga UPS tracking number. 3 weeks after the order still no camera and I have already been charged for it. Contacted them today (Dec 15) and was told that I would not receive it until Jan 15. Great! A frickin' month and a half later! Any guesses if I will get the same story Jan 15? This family of Internet scam sites has a well-known and fully warrented reputation for dishonest business practices, "bait & switch" FRAUDULENT tactics and total "bad faith" in every aspect of their sales. My recent experience was horribly frustrating with their rude, deceptive attitudes and failure to deliver as promised. This was the worst online purchasing experience EVER. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! First off I was charged for items that I never recieved. When I inquired as to the missing items I was told they were on back order. I then asked for the back orders to be cancelled and my CC refunded. These guys are the worst PC store on-line. They send out bad motherboards, CPU's, and RAM, then argue with you over return. In my worst case with these guys, I bought a Motherboard, CPU, Ram, and Fan. The Fan, and RAM worked, but the motherboard was badly scratched and didn't work. This company is the same as biggerbooks.com, and my experience with them was terrible. The book I received was a different edition from the one advertised on the website, they increased the shipping fee 33% after they had my payment info, and the book arrived damaged. I purchsed a replacement laptop battery which wouldn't charge. I was able to return that battery and received another, which also wouln't charge fully, although it behaved differently than the first. I tried everything they suggested, although their advice was generic and din't apply to my laptop or battery. They couldn't provide any evidence that the battery worked before they shipped it and they couldn't provide me a charged battery. Shipped me a broken product. Ignored my RMA request. Ignored my 2nd RMA request. Ignored my BBB complaint. They only have one customer service rep, who is "at lunch" so I'm getting a voicemail. Hung up on me after putting me on hold for 30mins. The Firewire/USB 2.0 card they sold me was a highly known defective unit after a google search, which crashed my Windows XP so bad I had to reformat twice. Like many people have noted here, shipping takes two and a half forvers. Prices are decent but the products are generally cheap second class garbage. I had three of eight multi-LED flashlights came in with one or more dead LEDs. When I told customer service they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Oh well, what do you expect from this kind of business. They're selling the stuff that's too flimsy and cheap to sell overseas - so they import it over hear and heap it on us, but not before making their cut. I'm quite surprised this thing is still in business (if you can call it that?). Cartridges that are marked wrong, not like the website represents them, no yellow in several 3-color cartridges (when I clean to try to get some yellow going, that runs out the black cartridge), odd-shaped unusual cartridges, AND reduced from 18ml contents to 12ml of ink content. Their 1-800 phone only has a message telling you to email them. Their "Customer non-Service" is plainly a sarcastic a$$hole who is no help - just lies and insults. And it goes on and on and on.
