JWE December 19, 2008
My husband and I recently had our wedding pictures done by Annie and Ernie. While Ernie is a delightful man to work with, his wife is lacking in every department. When I received our complete wedding album the last page was so blurry you can not even make out our faces. However, when I picked this picture out for the album, and saw the preview it was not in this shape. When I explained to her my dissatification she simply said, "We would never put a blurry picture in your album." There was no apology, no how can I make thi... read full review »

Cross Country Vanlines
Jerry Belton December 19, 2008
I to have had a very traumatic experience with this company. They were 2 days late on pick up and 3 weeks late on delivery. I spoke with ralph and mike and am waiting on a compensation check that's in the mail. What a crooked outfit. I am sueing for pain and suffering, damaged furniture and missing boxes. I contacted American Van Lines in the beginning and ended up with these crooks. I would never advise any one to use this company. Jerry Belton Reno, Nevada read full review »

Credit Report America and Fraud Protection and Credit Score Boost
Jeannette Polfus December 19, 2008
I used a credit report company to find out my credit score before applying for a loan. I opened my c/c statement and discovered several other affiliated charges that I did not authorize. I had only intended to use their "free" offer to use it, the cost was $1.00. The other two charges were affiliated with each other as they are in Nevada, and almost share the same phone number. They both refer you to websites that run you in circles. Fraud Protection, which charged $4.95, and Credit Score Boost for $11.95. I would like to get my money back. I have tried in vain for a month to get in touch with them. Thank You Jeannette Polfus read full review »

We were charged $90 for two items. We have been waiting for over 6 weeks and our order still has not shipped. Their automated phone system hangs up on you so you can't talk to them. You can't get through their online support line, and they do not respond to emails. We can't even talk to them to request a refund. Guess we have to take a legal route, or go seek help from the BBB. read full review »

Bridgit December 19, 2008
First of all I believe that this company should be shut down! I think that they should all have to lose their homes so that they could know what kind of devastation they have caused others! My mother had her home for 20 years and that is the home that I grew up in and brought my children home to. That was the home that my mother and my sister and I knew as HOME! My mother and step mother decided to refinance with home eq, BIG MISTAKE! My step father was injured at work and that is were it all began. Home eq started raising their payment... read full review »

I ordered my shipment because I was fooled by thinking if the 'stars' were on there advertising, that it must be legit. I ordered Acai berry online, have not received the product almost 2 weeks later and was charged the shipping the 1st day. There are 94 complaints pending with the BBB-Fort Worth. I should have checked here first. After reading these complaints, I have since canceled that credit card account. I want to lose weight, not MONEY !!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!! read full review »

24 Hour Emergency Locksmith
Billy December 19, 2008
About 9:30 p.m. I locked my keys in my car outside of an Autozone dealership in Horn Lake, MS. I used the internet on my phone to find a locksmith that would come after hours and that would also take a credit card. (I had no cash and was not around a bank). I called the 24 Hour Emergency Locksmith which according to my google search was located just a few miles from where I was. When I called I was transferred to a call center in Memphis, TN. They quoted me a price of $39 for the call and $15 to open the door. I agreed to the services and... read full review »

GMAC SmartLease
Jude December 19, 2008
I just returned my car to GMAC SmartLease. The car is in impeccable condition. My husband and I have photos of the car just before we turned them. GMAC SmartLease is trying to assess $809.39 in charges for a damaged bumper. I have contacted Marcus at GMAC numerous times. I have explained to him about the photos. First, he hung up on me. Then, he said he could not verify who I was, despite giving my name, address, and account number. When he finally responded to me, he said he could not verify that the photos were recent. This company is bunch of crooks. Never use GMAC for any lease. read full review »

Two Of Us
Roger December 19, 2008
If you value your money, then do not do business with this company. The only thing they care about is fattening their wallets and emptying yours. The membership prices are outrageous (in the thousands) and the service you get is not worth $5. Don't bother trying to complain about service, it will fall upon deaf ears. Internet dating is much more affordable and effective. They use high-pressure sales tactics to reel you in. Watch what you say to them, they use it against you as well. Don't tell them about your past relationship... read full review »

Holmes Transport
Rolland Rose Trucking December 19, 2008
Holmes transport closed there doors on December 1, 2008. They owed us $21, 000.00. They have collected from the shipper and have taken all of money and not forwarded any on to us or the other carriers. It just doesn't seem right that brokers can make this money and not have even a fraction of the expense that the carriers have. I am sure that this owner, Don Holmes will reopen with a new name but in the mean time everyone else is left out in the cold. read full review »

The web designer was hired, but did not proceed dealings in a professional or timely manner. Failed to keep me abreast of design, disappeared in the middle of design session, claimed to have been 100 hours coding a web design I did not grant full approval on--which, calculating 100 hours compared to the date of first contact means designer only worked approximately 4 days out of three months. RCN Corporation
James December 19, 2008
The Drexelbrook community management has a contract with RCN as the sole provider of cable services to the community residents (1223 individual apartments). RCN uses this monopoly to strongarm (I can't find a more suitable term) community subscribers to pay un-naturally high fees for their cable services. I have been a Sage customer for over ten years. I recently asked them about a $9.50 FCC line charge after reading the Texas PUC regulations limiting the charge to $6.50. Sage informed me that Texas PUC has no juridiction over their charges. After speaking to the Texas PUC I found out that the $6.50 limit is in fact limited to the incumbent provider (ATT)and that Sage can charge whatever they can get by with. I then chose to quit Sage. Winkflash overcharges for shipping, and only sent me 15 of 52 photo cards I ordered. I have called and called and usually never get through and just get a busy signal. When I did get through, the guy apologized and said I would get the remainder of my order by Thursday (it did not arrive yesterday or today- and it has been 11 days- not the "ships within 3 days like they promise). They don't return any of my emails, my order hasn't come, and on top of never getting through to customer service, when you do make the hold loop, they disconnect you. Apple One Employment
Jeremy December 19, 2008
Apple One has been advertising extensively for jobs this holiday season. However, they have NO actually jobs available. Jobs that normally pay $9.00-$12.00/hr, Apple One is advertising at $17.00-$20.00 / hr. AND, there are NO real telemarketing, customer service, shipping jobs available. They are only trying to gather resumes for a time, should a job become available. Then, that job WILL NOT PAY the compensation they claim. This is misleading and a bait and switch. I am a recruiter. The Manager told me point blank these jobs are NOT available and for that compensation rate. Apple One should be under investigation for fraud. read full review »
