This basically sums it up for nexthardwareshop, does anybody know the name of the owners? I already filed a complaint with agencies listed below and not a word. Here is some of the communication with Yahoo Store regarding nexthardwareshop.com

They have not replied as of yet. I am not sure if I can deal with my credit card company on this issue because I sent the CDRW back to
Nexthardwareshop for warranty replacement. I am wondering if the company even exists anymore. do you have their address? I know they are in Walnut Ca. and thats not that far from here.

I have written several times about this issue and
you refuse to reply, I was ripped off by a Yahoo
Store

I sent a CDRW back for warranty replacement and
they will not return it to me and the phone
numbers are disconnected. My RMA# is 39544. I
have several other items I purchased from them
that are defective as well. Is this the way Yahoo
does business? I have spent over $4000 with that
store in the past year. Now I have no way to contact them as they disconnected all of the phone numbers that I had and they refuse to answer my emails and I have emailed every department so far.
