Well my Mom did like the Jacket and it arrived in average time. However, I decided to purchase it from shop.com because it was the cheapest price and it was only the cheapest because of $10 off. But they didn't mention that the $10 off that shows off in your cart is something that takes up to 45 days to process and won't shop up on your credit card bill until it's processed. I recently purchased the two sets of sheets from Haband for a total of $47.00 and change. I have now washed them three times to try to get the gas smell out of them and the third time--before I have even used them-- all of the sewing on the top of the sheets is coming out. I bought a full computer from this company. The guy I bought it from was very rude, and didn't like the fact that I was trying to customize my computer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company does not keep any items in stock, rather just drop ships to you from vendors. This process in reality takes 7 to 10 days. If you have weeks to wait to receive items, go ahead and order. If you are on a deadline they will never make it, and then charge you a 15% restocking fee if you have to return the items because you were forced to order them from another company that actually cared about customer service. Customer Service Representatives must be told or trained to be as rude and condescending as possible. I hate these guys SO MUCH! I was so happy at first to find a great deal on a Nikon D40. They called and 'confirmed' my address, and told me the battery it came with only lasted 15 minutes. I had some of the same problems others had. In my case disputing the charges with my credit card company got me my money back. 1. They sold me a remarked Athlon XP 2500+ as a 3200+. 2.
