I purchased 2 headsets from this company and 1 Bluetooth headset was DOA, they suggested calling the manufacturer to fix it, talked with the manufacturer and they agreed that it was dead and to return it for a new one which they reluctantly did. A few weeks later we noticed that the battery wasn't holding a charge so again was told to call the manufacturer and they shipped us a new battery. All was good for 2 weeks when the headset died again! Contacted SpaceCenter Systems again to return the headset for a totally different product and they said that it was over the original 30 days and that there was no way to return it or even exchange it even if this was the 2nd time we needed to return it! I explained to them the continuous difficulties that we have had with this headset and what Customer Service means with no results!
Please do not look for customer service with this company at all, and be weary of the 30 day return policy as it is law with them! Unless you get a unbeatable price on something I would not suggest purchasing anything from this company!
