In April 2009, my car was sent to McCarthy Toyota (Hatfield) to have the brakes checked, car was returned to be told nothing wrong. They refuse to cancel my contract after they neglected to respond on alarms for 3 months. A new company investigate and they found the equipment not working. We asked chubb for cancelation and they demanded the full payment for the remainder of the contract. We still pay the monthly service fee although the antenna was taken out. While I was sitting at a red light, a Sears Truck blew by me and ran the light. The driver continued ahead and ran the next red light. There was a pedestrian and several cars waiting to move into the intersection as it was in front of a Community College. I was shocked at the speed at which this truck was moving. I have BIG propblems with Verizon. My husband had internet service in PA when he was working there for several months and when he moved back to NJ he tried to cancel it. They said it would cost $79 for an early termination fee. His monthly fee was $36 at the time, which is already ridiculous for just internet service. Parking fees at Clearwater are now getting ridiculous. You are forcing people to shop elsewhere or to stay for shorter periods at your mall. Surely you want to encourage people to visit your mall and not scare them away with outrageous parking tariffs. Give customers a choice between paid and unpaid parking. I can use the parking fees for petrol to drive to Cresta. On Monday the 5th Octotber I went to a FNB atm situated inside the Steeledale Pick n Pay. When i then tried to withdraw funds, on the slip from the ATM it indicated that Postbank was experiencing technical difficulties. I have just had a call from this company but luckily knew what they were up to as we had receined a call from another company along the same lines. The caller ID on my telephone shows overseas & is a foreign voice on a very bad connection. I asked for the company name - Techis online - and a phone number which was in Brisbane, Australia. Of course it only goes to an answering machine. Do not connect your computer and follow their instructions. 9/22/2010 I purchased a pair of prescription eyeglasses with anti-glare in May 2010. Permanent water-like spots developed all over the lenses which couldn't be washed off with mild soap or the glasses cleaner Sears provided. My wedding was August of 2009; it is now September 2010. I have yet to receive two of my albums and the slideshow from the reception. The balance was paid in full before the wedding. The problems started after the wedding. Our proofs were posted months after they were promised. Then, it took a lot longer than it should have to receive prints.
