My company purchased a PABX system from Bitco 2 years ago. A year ago out of the blue they sent us monthly invoices from a company called VoiceOne who we have never contracted with or approved any implementation of VoiceOne products. Bellsouth for years has had free personal web pages for those who subscribe to their DSL services. Suddenly they have discontinued ALL tech support for the personal web pages. I spent two hours on the phone trying to get some help because I suddenly couldn't ftp files to my website. Nobody could help -- nobody! Third party charges appeared on my husband's company phone bill. The third party is USBI and they are billing on behalf of Norristown Telephone. I signed up for a cell phone contract and was assured that I would be able to use number portability. I have since found out this is not possible.
