I lost 18$ and a lot of tears since the employee refused to read an instruction paper for a pair of photos. On top of that, she was extremely abusive. I need to see a psychologist now. I wish I had never set foot there. The customer service said that they are not part of Walmart. No idea why their name is "Photo Studio at Walmart" and they have WALMART all over their "envelope" and stamp. Beware of this product. Though the workout is a good one, the sneaky way the vitamin enrollment program is slipped into your order is sleazy and underhanded. Truly the worst internet ordering experience I've ever had!!! It would have been possible for Mitch Gaylord to build on this program with future videos and workouts, but he's alienated his customer base so that we'll all shout from the rooftops what a scam this is! I have been a member at Massage Envy for two years and always thought it was "ok", but just that! But the last time I went in they booked me with a he/she names Jennifer, she looked scary but I got past that. What really got me was she LEFT THE ROOM twice for about 10 minutes and told me my body was downloading the moves!!! When I complained to the front desk they said she did "Bowen" therapy WTF!!! I used Classic removals to move my mothers contents to DBN this past week. I made payment in advance and was advised that it was received and nothing was owing by Christelle. Amount R1810. On Saturday when my goods are to be delivered, I get a call from Maria Saying I owe them Over R2000. I ask to speak to the Manager, Absolutely Rude! I told him i can only sort the difference on Monday and he says he will put my stuff in storage, that would mean I have to pay storage as well. They blame the customers for their miscommuniction. After numerous discussions via e-mail and even on the phone, (some guy names Carl left me a phone number, that must have been a mistake), 8 months passed by and still no protein supplement that I ordered. I finally notified the Better Business Bureau, and hopefully this will put an end to this useless "company". Go to bodybuilders.com, they are much more professional, honest, and caring. We ordered a replacement propeller from iboats for our outboard ski boat. The propeller we received did not work with our engine. The boat shivered and shimmied as soon as we started the motor. We realized right away that the propeller was wrong for the engine. So we removed the prop, while the boat was still in the water. They sent me a brew basket along with instuctions to cut the plug and send it in and I would get a new unit. I did. I nerver got it.
