They will not provide documentation or contracts
They use tactics that include trying to engage you to argue and then use the same argument against you. This is old school stuff. There really have no negotiating skills. If they did they would probably make reasonable settlements and move on. I wonder if the companies that use these heathens really know what exactly they do.

They try to collect at least 4 times any disputed amount. Just crooks cit Technologies is the company they are representing. They will not provide documentation or contracts.

VW Menlyn sell bad quality cars
I got a feedback and a call from Henk who now indicates that the reason for the rusty spots is because of bad air weather and he repeated again that its an industrial fall out.Why should i continue paying for something that cannot handle rain or bad weather?He also indicates that he opened the bonnet and found some leaves so it means i parked the car under a tree as well.Are you for real?I should now also avoid to park under trees? What kind of **** is that?? Whether the car parks outside or inside a locked up place its irrelevant and not an issue.How many people drive cars and park them out come rain or sunshine? He said someone from Uitenhage will come next week Wednesday to check it, and if the rust reappear i'm bringing the car back for good now. If it means i must take this the legal way, i will.I pay my instalments on time, i never skip payments and this is the service i get from you?

YOU'VE LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER...and i'll make sure that i inform other people what a joke your company is.

1 debit order return and policy canceled
On the 25 January 2010 I called Wesbank to inform them that I would like to make arrangements with regards to my account. On the 15 February 2010 Wesbank sent someone to collect the vehicle and since then I have been trying to sort this out. I then came across McCarthy INSURANCE, which I have and not taken in to consideration to inform as yet, regarding my circumstances, as I was too busy trying to sort out FNB (My Home) and Wesbank (My car).I then phoned MCcarthy insurance 24 February 2010 asking if they could assist. Speaking to different staff at McCarthy ( Sherlina, Sandra, Khadija )they said that based on the fact that the debit order for January 2010 was returned. (which I knew) the policy was cancelled, which (I did not know)so after 1 debit order has been returned the Policy from McCarthy Insurance Services gets cancelled. At this point in time while sorting out issues with Wesbank, FNB and other institutes the smaller accounts were still to be attended to. Not much of assistance from these ladies.We have not had any defaults or unpaid debit orders previously. I am in the process of trying to save my home, vehicle and children’s schooling all at once.

I had too much nonsense with this so called new Bantam
On the 29th of August I took my new Ford Bantam 1.6i XLT back to McCarthy Ford. They had to replace the master cylinder on the clutch as it was leaking breake fluid. They informed me that they will order new carpets for my bakkie. I think the lady's name is Vera. They had a look at the front suspention aswell and a guy called Hentie greased some rubbers or something. It's squeeking AGAIN!! The bakkie went in again on the 5th of September for it's first service. No carpets yet. A lady from McCarthy Ford Phoned me on the 13th of October'09 to find out about the service on the 29th of August. Almost 2 months later. I informed her about the carpet situation and she said that Tiaan will phone me back. It's the 16th of October today. Still nothing. I also work for a BidVest company. The logo say, 'Proudly BidVest'!! It don't look like McCarthy Ford and Mazda Pretoria east is proudly BidVest. I had to much nonsense with this so called new Bantam. Comunication and service will be much appreciated.

The service is pathetic at Hatfield and I will never send my car for a service there
In April 2009, my car was sent to McCarthy Toyota (Hatfield) to have the brakes checked, car was returned to be told nothing wrong. On 17082009, car was returned to McCarthy Toyota (Hatfield) as something had happened to my handbrake and yet again the complaint about the brakes - repair R2291.40. From Aug to Oct I kept saying that the brakes were still a problem. On 210 I called McCarthy Toyota (Hatfield) and spoke to the Service Manager Mr Peter Horn. When I explained to him what my problem was & told him I had driven 2 other vehicles & their brakes were sharp, I was told I must not compare 'Apples with Apples'. He said I must bring the car in during the course of this week and we will go for a drive together but he can assure me that's the way the brakes are & they are still 100%. I wasn't happy with the comments and booked my car in at another dealership - McCarthy Toyota Arcadia for 07102009. The brakes were in fact defective and a further amount of R1936.75 was charged to fix the brakes. When calling Hatfield Branch I was given a long story why these breaks were fixed in April etc. The service is pathetic at Hatfield and I will never send my car for a service there.
