After dealing with Dayton Freight with damaged freight, I would not recommend them. The inspection report from a "third party" showed a picture of the freight stacked on top of another piece of freight, causing even more damage then originally caused. The inspection report was not well done, and the sides of the crates at the impact sites were not even removed for inspection for damage. Oak Harbor Freight Lines damaged my shipment, and then said it would be 30-120 days to even process the claim, not promising resolution. In addition, they altered the bill of lading without my permission, removed the insurance coverage, and tried to charge me $200-$300 more for 2 shipments of 1 crate instead of the originally billed 1 shipment of 2 crates. I am commenting on the deplorable lack of customer service at F&A Appliance Repair. I have the bad luck of owning a Haier refrigerator that has been problematic since October 2009. I purchased a travel makeup mirror made by Zadro Inc. I don't use it very often and still have the box, packaging and receipt. It has not been abused in any way, and still looks new. After cancelling my service with Netzero, they still charged my checking account for service I no longer had. The customer service representative said that I still had Virus protection with them. I told her clearly that the service was bad and I didn't want ANYTHING from them AT ALL. We visit Aventura regularly.The Hydro is not well maintained eg. The mats on the floors are old and dirty, the water quality is so bad at times that you scared to bathe.This long weekend the outdoor pools were so filthy my kids simply had to get out of the water.There are two water fountains in the Hydro, most of the time not dispensing cold water.If you complain they tell that they will sort it out but it never happens. A Fossil watch valued at R2600 was lost by the Mabula Driver en route from Bela Bela to Bryanston. I have phoned Mabula approximately 20 times in the past 7 months to resolve this issue and never received a call back. On the one occasion I did manage to speak to the General Manager (Gavin Hatherley) he advised he would speak to their insurance and come back to me but has not returnd my calls since ! Having escalated to Mr Cummings at Head Office, Gavin has offered to pay towards the excess so I can claim from my own insurance. I bought a rebuilt replacement cooling unit for my RV refigerator on July 1st, 2010. The unit does not function as it should, no cooling in the food portion and minimal in the freezer. I am extremely disappointed in T-Mobile's customer service. They have now cut there customer service hours back to 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. I have had to wait 10-30 minutes before I even get a live representative on the line the last couple of months. On top of that, my reception is bad.
