He came to see me, seemed very knowledgeable and gave me a reasonable quote for some cabinetry I needed. I paid him a deposit of R 4500 and he has since vanished off the face of the earth. I have an HTC Vox of less than a year old and it has been in for repairs abt 7 times. Every time I take it in, it only works for a week or 2 & then something else breaks again. I was looking for work at home opportunities and somehow this Chase Morgan Marketing got my debit card number. Many sites ask for info and then at the end of the process they tell you how much they cost, so you cancel, but somehow they got my numbers anyway. Was told that I was ordering High Speed Internet from a satellite dish.My high speed has a 42 kbs download.This is not high speed!To troubleshoot they have you run test that says the system will do 435kbs but that is wrong!! I had one of my tech's take out truck to get a "spare tire" replaced. I was told that the tire ran between $138.00 to $188.00 and that they had no take offs. Out of desperation we paid the price. I wanted to install their 5 ip address system, which allows you to have each of 5 computers on a separate IP address. This was advertised on TV. We bought an expensive tub of "nostalgia" candy from the 1960"s. When we got home and opened it, almost 50% (No Kidding) was paper stuffing. I was shocked. Even more so since the advertising was "filled to the brim with candy." I called the store and spoke to the manager, who essentially said - "too bad. can't do anything." We just bought a Larson storm door. When we started to install it, we realized we didn't have any screws at all. So we had to go buy screws for it. The instructions are useless. They make no sense at all. We finally have the frame up and ready to put the glass in, but the instructions does not go into detail on how to do that. We also noticed that we don't have the screws to install the closer. I think if you pay $196.00 (before taxes) you should get everything you need to install the door. I am so disgusted by the lack of service I'm getting from the department of home affairs. In February 2009 I went to a Sasolburg branch to apply for a new ID to rectify the date of birth. In March I got a call from one of the staff members at the same branch saying I need to have my fingerprints done and they say I have done this in Feb when I first went in. Done. We have a netstar system that was changed from one vehicle to another in April this year. THe fitment was done by Autoradio Randburg who never sent the documents through, so we didn't get a certificate for the new vehcile. After months of trying to get autoradio to send the documents I contacted Netstar direct - what a useless bunch. I got hold of Gert Johnson who had promised to get it all sorted out and all the documents were sent to him. After weeks of following up I get told he has passed away and no one else can help. This company failed to deliver my household furniture and personal goods after having given me confirmed delivery dates on numerous occassions. Each excuse was followed by 'van broken, or no van available ', etc etc. With a window of delivery covering 10 days 8/16 - 8/29, I am still without a delivery date and no due date in sight.
