I had my first visit to their pharmacy today. It took over 1.5 hours to fill a prescription for an inhaler -- no pills to count and no mixing. Easy task, and the inhalers were right there hanging on the wall behind the counter. When I entered, they had no customers, no one waiting at the drive-thru, yet no one bothered to say, “I’ll be with you in a minute.” They had 4 people working behind the counter and all of them were glaring into a computer screen. Allstar Vanlines of Clifton, NJ talked big but did not deliver. My point-of-contact with Allstar Vanlines started out very nice and professional but evidently when I really needed answers he was no where to be found. After purchasing a Rival Cofee maker at Wal Mart I planned to enjoy a cup the next morning. Well, I ended up with third degree burns across my right wrist. I now live with the pain, suffering and the anger of being another victim of the negligence of PIL Overseas Holdings Co. CHINA DBA Rival. This company provides web hosting to two web sites that disseminates hate speech all over the web. That is against their own Terms. I have made three claims this month and they didn't answer me. I'm tired to read hate speech on the Web. It's basic for the democracy the freedom of speech. When I received the credit card statement I discovered that VISA had charged an additional $ 21.72 "cash-equivalent transaction fee" because Foreign Currency Exchange Services is classified as a "non-financial institution-foreign currency". I thought the previous flat rate of R 6.00 for parking underground was already a rip-off, but today I got charged R 8.00 and I was in the mall for less than an hour. I think shoppers at the mall should be treated as valued guests instead of being subjected to highway robbery. As there are plenty of other shopping facilities in the area that offer the same facilities as Fourways Mall, all of which charge much less for parking and some of which do not charge at all, I shall not be making use of Fourways Mall again. read full review »

After using Cybersmart for over one year now, we have had numerous problems relating to internet disconnections, the concern we have too express is, even though the ADSL lines are through Telkom ' Which there is no point in going into' we have had 99% the same answer over and over again. Gave me not to exceed estimate, final bill on less items moved than quoted was over twice the estimate. June 3, 2010 I was informed the membership was cancelled because they were closing the program. I called and was told I would get a refund. I have emailed 3 times and was told I would get a refund shortly after July 15th. It is now Sept 8, 2010 and I have not received my refund nor does their site provide a phone number to call. The second time, I personally spoke with the owner, Moshe, who assured me, that if I took the back-order, that he would honor the published price. It has been almost a month now, and I have left a message, written two emails, and finally said, if you don't issue the refund, I'm charging it back. My wife recently sent out a FedEx envelope on our business account and the airbill was plainly marked that it was a FedEx envelope and that it weighed 3ozs. When we were invoiced for it FedEx overcharged us and indicated on the invoice that it was sent by "Customer Packaging" and it weighed 1.0lbs, 0.5kgs. When I contacted Customer Service they were not at all interested in our discussion and simply stated that our package was audited and therefore we were wrong.
