I was repaying Buzz-It Debt Solutions for debt owed to a company. I overpaid and was contacted by Ernie that i was to be refunded and they needed my banking details. I sent my details and requested when and how much would be paid back. 15 e-mails, 25 attempted calls and faxes and i still have no response. They have left me with no option but to go to Wendy Knowler from East Coast Radio in Durban and to employ the services of another collection agency to collect on the monies owed to me. Pride A/C & Appliance Service of Pompano Beach was contacted at 8:58AM due to a a/c water leak from a unit under their service contract which was repaired by them 6/23/10. I was told a service tech would be there between 9am & 1:00. By 1:40 - No one showed up. No calls from the company. I have moved since I got the neotel service and my new home doesn't have any signal. I phone neotel to try to get them to send someone to come and see if I would have reception if they put up an antenna (I know I would because I tested it with a small ****py antenna and got some signal). Aquascience (so-called water treatment people) are one of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their water softener (very expensive) caused a malfunction of my new furnace initially, and as a result I had to get a furnace technician out to run acid through it so that I could get hot water. It took three separate delivery attempts to receive our furniture from EQ3 London. I have never had such a frusterating experience. The first two delivery attempts were cancelled by the store without explanation and on the third attempt, the delivery did not arrive during the scheduled time period. I ordered personalized stadium cups. They sent an email saying they couldn't use the OSU logo which was fine, I instructed them to use just name on both sides. They never contacted me back, never produced the product and the day of my event they sent an email saying they canceled the order. I would NOT use this company for advertisement wraps. They do crappy work and they mis-communicate with you as well as slash your tires. Difficulty Cancelling service. TW refused to cancel service, due to my not knowing a PIN number (which I am sure was never provided) or the exact date and amount of my last payment (which is auto drafted). They will not allow cancellation online (where I can log in with my username and a password (which is NOT the same as this PIN number they want). I know my name, account number, address.
