Regarding Ensenda lost packages and nonexistent delivery attempts.

This incompetent, arrogant service has changed my experience from satisfaction and convenience into aggravation.

Eventually Amazon will stop using Ensenda because of complaints. When that happens let me know.

Online tracking information posted by the carrier falsely states that Delivery was attempted This unprofessional behavior not isolated it has become a familiar pattern of arrogant incompetence.

Attitude and demeanor blatantly exhibited by this company's employees is "I don't care" . Deliveries are lost or returned.

Delivery attempts are falsely reported and notices of such attempted Notice is never left because the delivery was not attempted.

I ordered the Kindle as a gift for my wife and selected the two day delivery so that she could have it on her business trip. The delivery service "claims" the tried to deliver yesterday, I was here the entire day no one rang the bell. I wasnt to upset because it wasnt supposed to be here until today. Yesterday the claim was 11am, today they have held me hostage all day I have made three attempts to call the company an each time they hang up the phone. I call through Amazon and they get a representative from this Ensenada that says it will be delivered within the hour, three hours ago. I call Amazon again and ask why they didnt give me the option to use UPS, FEDEX or at this point even the USPS would have been better and all the rep at Amazon code say was should I cancel the delivery! No *** I want the item I purchased. Now they are telling me it will be here by 8 o'clock. I have to cancel plans to wait on a delivery that may or may not come. Amazon I cant believe you are in a deal with Ensenada!
