I tried to tell him I know all about sharetrackin and that I have declined their meetings in the past. He started coughing uncontrollably and commented that he should probably stop smoking. We have an account with Afrox; this account is in a total shambles due to the incompetence of their staff. We have been unable to resolve various account issues and are pushed from one person to the next. This problem has been going on for more than a year. We received a credit for R7 000 for incorrect billing. After presuming that this had finally been resolved we are starting to receive accounts for same thing that was supposed to have been resolved. The worst thing about this is that we are the ones that have to try and resolve these issues. Nobody from Afrox is willing to sort this out, they make it our problem! read full review »

I bought this and it woeked fine, but I was told that number porting would be available sometime in 2009. Then it was sometime this fall. Then it was by the first week of August 2010! and it still says that on their site, and it is still not available. I think it was a bait and switch scam. I think I'll be contacting the Attorney Generals office and I would encourage everyone else to as well. I haven't been able to use this because I do not want top change my phone number. Do not use this company!!! I found this company through 123 movers. I moved from Colorado to Alabama. I booked my move two months in advance, they asked for a deposit to book the date I paid the money through my credit card, they charged it twice. Then I had communication with this company up until our belongings left our site. It has been 30 days now and we still have not recieved our stuff. My 92 year old mother had a Carrier central cooling system installed. Carrier promised a $300.00 rebate. She was capable of running her own affairs at the time. My complaint is that the form to claim the rebate was so constructed as to increase the failure rate of claimants. Even though they redeclared the same rebate each month, you only had to the end of the month of installation to claim yours. We took the Epson printer to the store and the owner spent one hour working on it and failed. Whatever you do, do not give your credit card information to them. They had my credit card number on file and kept charging my credit card year after year even after I had advised them to stop charging my credit card. The last occurence happened in July of 2010.
