I purchased a new cellphone with vodacom& they advised me to get insurance for it and get it covered. I have been paying for the insurance up to date and have not missed a payment since the purchase. The cellphone got stolen and I tried to make a claim - the financial company that administers Insurance claims for Vodacom refuses to approve the insirance cover because they say that the contracty sim card that I purchased the phone with was not being used at the time of the theft. I had a bad experience with Konsortium bus service too. Last Friday, 13/8/10, I bought a ticket online for the bus departing at 7:45pm. I waited until it's over 8pm when the staff reported the bus arrived but didn't tell the platform clearly. I was unable to find the bus. When I went to the counter and asked again, one of the staff shouted the bus plate number but when I went to find again, the bus took off. My friend had an accident in the store and one of the sales rep who was around her late 40s-50s was SO RUDE. She made a comment on how drinks were not allowed but if that was true, the security guard would have stopped us and told us that. The sales lady then continued to talk loud about my friend as if she was not there and basically she was rude and inconsiderate. She was definitely not taught her sales rep etiquette. I was concerned about not receiving the pens during that week and they kept saying no problem. 2 days before the event when again I called them they told me the pens would not be shipped for 2 weeks. I ordered this product and paid the $4.95 shipping. About 10 days later called the customer service number to cancel and receive the RMA # needed to return product. Again seven days later called to request the same an RMA# and cancellation. Both times received some foreignor on the other end with very broken English that only wished to push promotions on you. 3 days later sent an e-mail to the site listed on package and 8 days later have still not received a reply. I am praying that I can get the refund of $ 99.67 as stated in their policy now that I find there is another number to call. Ramp leading into store is painted and becomes slippery when wet. One does not realize the ramp is painted because it is painted gray and blends in with gray concrete both before and after ramp. When it rains, the ramp becomes slippery or not paint the ramp at all. They should put grit in the paint to keep it from getting slippery. They also should paint it a different color than the concrete so you realize you are about to step on a painted surface.
