I ran out of gas late on a sunday afternoon, so I went to a blue rhino site, paid 22 dollars for the propane and an 18 dollar deposit for the cylinder. Now I want to return the cylinder because only Blue Rhino can fill it and I have my own cylinder and I'm told "that's not how that works" and the dealer will not refund me my 18 dollars although I will no longer be using Blue Rhino. We find this very interresting. Our items go through three layers of inspection, where the diamonds, the carat weight, and band are inspected vigorously for any problems. We do not send out items that we would not want to receive. Items have even been delayed because of not passing inspection and returned to the factory to have it redone. I have a buddy that sued PRA and got a $3500.00 settlement. Guess what, he did owe money on the debt they were collecting. He worked with a consumer affairs attorney. The attorney got $2500.00 of the settlement. However, PRA stopped calling him. So call a consumer affairs attorney and ask how you can set these bottom feeders up for a lawsuit. It's evidently pretty easy to prove that they have broken state collection laws. I get calls from them on a debt my ex walked away from. So far I just ignore the calls. The pad for the leg rest was attached with a weak plastic part which sheared off after just a few months of normal use by a 140 lb. person. This was a very unsafe situation. The patient's leg fell through unexpectedly while being pushed in the chair, and her foot got caught in the wheels when the support pad fell off. Drive Medical should consider recalling the chair and/or replacing the weak plastic part with one that can hold the weight of a leg under normal use. After you order something, they then order from their supplier, when they actually get it they then ship it to you. They don't actually stock anything.
