I contracted with Sullivan Mayflower to move the contents of my home cross country to separate locations in VA & NJ. My contract said that 1 truck would be delivering my contents to 2 separate locals. The weight of my delivery was in excess of 3500LBs. My sister took her vehicle in for transmission repair two weeks ago. She has given them $1500.oo in cash in order for them to order the parts and get started. Ever since they have ignored her phone calls and even hung up on her when she inquires about her vehicle. They have even came up with new issues on the vehicle not related to the transmission. I cannot recommend doing business with these people. They don't seem to know how to handle a simple order. On June 2 I ordered new road cases for my Mesa amp rig. Case for head and case for speaker cabinet. Gave them exact size specs. Was told it would take 7 business days. There was delay after delay. Ok my service with the city of fresno was disconnected on july 12, 2010. So i get a bill this month saying they are still charging me even tho i have no service what so ever!!! I called them and spoke to a lady who told me they can charge you becauase you have access to the water. So i informed her it was shut off and she said yes you have access to it but cant use it. I bought a set of pans for around $2, 000 and the am having problems with the handles. These pans are supposed to be lifetime guaranteed, but they only cover the base not the handles. I have not used these pans in any unusual way, so I think it is ridiculous that within 5 years I am already having problems with the handles and may have to pay for them. I have to send a pan in for them to check over and then if they think it is my fault I will still have to pay for the replacement parts. I also have to pay for the shipping to send the pan to them. My mother bought a weedeater lawn mower from walmart in April, 2010. After mowing her yard 4 times the lawn mower broke down. On July 17, 2010 she took it to the repair shop the company told her too. Elite Air Care came and serviced my air ducts on 7/27. I called them with a coupon offer I recieved in the monthly mail for $59.95 for the service.
