I was traveling through Wildernis near George when an Triton truck with an NPN registation, could not get the rest of the number, overtake me on a solid white line with vehicles coming from the front. Haltrex systems seem to have a modus operandi whereby they phone small businesses and lure them into trying their service. They deal in PC ink cartridges which turn out to be more expensive than most retailers will charge which also last for a very short time! The hitch comes in when they then deliver cartridges every few weeks, uninvited and not agreed to. A truck of Grain Carriers had its right indicator on at a stop, I stopped at his left wanted to turn left when all of a sudden the truck started turning left. I was in a 1400 nissan bakkie, trying to draw his attention while hooting he just carried on started going over me, luckily then just pulled me with after the truck's wheel locked into my right door, he did'nt stop at the stop properly just going on, a motorbike who saw what happened passed him and forced him to stop. My Mini had its windscreen replaced by PG Menlyn. The car had severe wind noise when I received it back. The car was taken back to them. I was assured on collection that the problem was fixed. It was the same as before. The car went back again. I was phoned by someone who told me that 'Mini's sound like that'. What a drag to go to Checkers, Gape Gate, Brackenfell. Not only do you stand in queues for a long time, but their staff is unfriendly too. Also, at the dairy and chicken aisle, you are overcome by a bad smell. I changed my store now and don't shop at Checkers at all. My friends have also complained about similar incidents as mine and have also changed their supermarket. Checkers won't see me again. read full review »

I phoned tracker to enquire about the fact that they are still debiting form my account, even though I no longer drive the vehicle. A lady called Proud told me that i had to cancel the account myself and that the contract originally signed stated that ot I will be billed month to month form there on. I told her that 3 years is a long time and what are they doing on their side to remind clients about the end of contracts, as this may be a form of ******** in my eyes. I have been trying to open an account with Incredible Connection. After struggling to print the forms off there website, i finally got them filled in and faxed them to the number supplied on the form, Called the call center to find out if they recieved them, only to be told that the fax line is broken and I must refax my application to an 086 number given to me by the person in the call center, I was also told to call back in 24-48 hours to find out if they have recieved my documents. I joined weight watchers on line one day and the next day I decided I just didn't want to do it. So I canceled. It has been almost a week and they still haven't canceled me. I paid 60 something for 3 months. With no join up fee. If I canceled, they said I would have to pay 29.00 fee for joining and 17 something for the first month... so I would only get 17 something back for my refund. Spiegel and Newport News have lost another customer. It has been approximately six weeks since I returned items to these companies. Though they acknowledge receipt of my items, as of today, I have not received a refund and their websites do not show them as being processed. Any email correspondence to them is responded to with a form letter. No real status update. In the meantime, they have the merchandise and my money. Never again will I order from the people. My 3 yr old daughter always asks to see the fish when we go to Wal Mart. The tanks are always filthy and there are more dead fish than live fish. There are never any employees in that section yet there are many employees in the gardening section and all the others. I tried to purchase a few of these fish and every employee I asked for help seemed to have no clue about the fish. They all said " I don't know, let me go ask..." So i write them and they make me send the pics and jump through hoops, with more and more pics.then to tell me my SD card is fake and that there is nothing they can do to help me, but to take it back to the store and they would replace it there. For last more than 3 month the Landline and attached broadband is not working and we getting the bill for the payment. Though we have logged many complaints it is not getting rectified and only answer we get is that it will be solved within one or two days. Almost i spoke to all the officer who in the hierarchy and answer we get is that it will be resolved very soon .The telephone number is 26556042. On Saturday 21 August 2010 I sent a worker to buy a pouch for my Blackberry from Vodashop Middelburg. The sales person, Eben gave us a Universal Pouch. When I saw the pouch I told my worker that this pouch is not what I want, it will not work for my phone. She drove back to Vodashop and they refused to take it back. This is unacceptable. I didn't use the pouch and I didn't damage the packaging in any way. This is not the first time it happened. This is a complaint and a report on the deplorable and depraved conditions I experienced in the men’s rest rooms of NJT and LIRR Penn Station in New York City. Virgin Spa in Lonehill closed up shop completely, but I had purchased vouchers from this spa for all my staff … and I had paid for these vouchers upfront. Since some of my staff had already been for their treatments and others hadn't, I had to purchase vouchers from another spa (Life Day Spa) for the remainder to attend their treatments. Upon request for a refund for these vouchers which were never redeemed (R880), Virgin Spa said that the refund had to be claimed from the franchise owner and not from them! I arranged with Camel Rock Movers for a removal on Saturday 22 Aug. I paid my deposit a week before and they were suppose to arrive at my address in the morning. By 10am I started to phone their office. The person I was dealing with, Willem Arendse, wasn't there and the person on duty said he couldn't get hold of the driver, who was suppose to have had arrived at 8am. After lodging my first complaint, I received a telephone call from MBD regarding my Standard bank credit card account, which was settled in full in 2005. I have confirmed with Standard bank and Sterling that this account has been settled. This account was never handed over to MBD, but was settled with Sterling. What does MBD have to do with it? It has been 4 years ago since it was settled. I am still waiting for feedback regarding my Woolworths account which I would like to settle. In july hi-fi - corp swapped my tomtom for a new on and within a month it freezes. took back to hifi and an indian service manager told me he call tomtom and they are going to send him some doc on what to do with the tomtom, he said he is going to test it and call me back the following day and he advised his staff member to book the gps in and he will confirm with tom tom if he has to swap it again or what. AT&T continues to defraud by making promises they do not keep and billing me for services I have not ordered. Time and again AT&T has promised changes in my U-verse and phone services that they do not do. The last two months they have charged me for services I did not order. The FCC seems to be complicit with them because they defer complaints to AT&T and do not follow up with the consumer. What a racket!!! Graft and corruption or total and complete incompetence? I booked a room at an Econo Lodge through Hotels.Com and gave them my credit card number. They guaranteed me the best price and said there would not be a penalty if I canceled. Nothing was said to me about canceling 24 hours in advance. I ordered a beach chair a week ago and have not received it. I call the customer service line and it states there are zero customer service agents to take your call. I called 1-888-40-beach. I also payed $15.00 dollars for shipping handling. The beach chair was not cheap either. I will never order from them again. I want to be able to go to my pool before the summer ends. It is hard to find a beach chair in the beginning of August...that is why I ordered the chair online. I bought 20 No-Name brand exam pads a month ago. My daughter is in Matric and uses exam pads extensively to take and make notes. She began complaining bitterly that she just has to lightly touch a page and it literally falls out of the pad itself. I check on this and found it virtually impossible to keep notes in the exam pad - as you're writing, the pages become detached from the top section. I thought I would report this because 'goedkoop' in this case is definately 'duurkoop'. What a waste! We paid £ 119.50 for the shipping (around R 1630) of a parcel, which weighed less than 10 kg.
