I took in a phone for repair on 6/24/10. (big mistake), I should have read all the negative feedback regarding this bussiness on line. They have received an "F" rating from the BBB of Orlando. anyways i Took in my phone to get the digitizer replaced, I provided my own digitizer. I want to make it short so basically, CPR Broke the LCD of my phone while doing the repair and "Misplaced" that part (Digitizer) I provided and 3 months of run around with no resolutions. No sorrys, no taking responsibility, no fixes, no refunds. The manager and the owner wont even come out to talk to you, They hide in the Back & They dont return phone calls. Every thing points to UN ETHICAL and SHADY Bussiness practices. No Wonder they have received an "F" from BBB of Orlando and no wonder internet is full of complaints against them, anyone reading this please be aware & dont take your bussiness to them unless you want to get RIPED OFF
