progress energy sucks, I have been paying for utilities for 8 years never have my utilities turned off. I have been with progress energy for only 10 months they turned off my electricity twice already they treat costumer like trash. I would never signed up with them anyway, but I was forced to. I had switched to AmeriGas in the end of October 2008, I got my 250 gallon tank around the 7th of November.When I called to get it filled, the office lady told me that it would be about $560.00 since I was getting a new customer $1.999 a gallon first fill special. I purchased a durabrand blender TSK-9368AP from Walmart and within a year the blades totally sheared. Aside from this being dangerous, I was very upset that Walmart could not help me being outside their 90day policy and then I was unable to find any Durabrand contact address to complain to. We purchased an All American Home from All American Homes in January 2002. Our house was one of the first houses with openings on each & every soffet (used for ventilation). I was charged $324 by this company for a headboard, but never received it. My bank couldn't help me because I made the purchase using my debit card and willingly provided the company with its number. They were hired to fix my furnace. I had concerns they hadn't really fixed the problem. My oven was bought by the builder it is 2 years old. I accidently bumped the oven door with a glass lid - the lid did not break, but the glass in the oven door shattered. I called Defy and was told by a technician the the glass shattered because it is safety glass. He refused to discuss the possibility that there may be a fault in the door since it is very unusual for an oven door to break that easily. He put the phone down when I challenged him.
