I also spent $3, 400. for a Kingsdown Mattress at the suggestion of my chiropractor. What a disappointment. It starteed to break down and you could hear the springs pop after a year, I fought with them until they sent me a new mattress set and it seems to be fine now. Maybe it was a defective one. Hired to do some outdoor work and they stole a bunch of stuff out of my storage shed. When I confronted him over the phopne, he started screaming expletives and stated he was going to put a lien against my condo and that he had photographs of the "work" he had performed. I think he and his associates take on small jobs and then steal as much valuable equipment as they can from the homeowner. On 2/11/2009 Driver Joe Limone, Truck #3789 delivered LP gas to my home in Franklin, NJ at 3:22 p.m. and damaged my driveway. He dug a hole with the truck approximately 100 sq. ft. and 6"-12" deep right in the middle of the driveway. The rest of the driveway was badly crushed by his driving. I ordered a stainless sink from them. They have failed to deliver the sink and refused to issue a refund. The "service department" sent me to sales. Sales said they would call the manufacturer and send me an e-mail. They sent a form interim complaint e-mail and the link back to the company's site says the complaint and or customer do not exist. Our roof was installed only 3 years by Jenkins Roofing yet we've experienced recurring leaks. The warranty is for 10 years but you have to chase down these people to honor their warranties. They never keep their appointments -- they will tell you they will be there one day and will just not show up, no call to say "sorry but i can't make it today." Purchased 8 replacement windows less than 6 years ago. Over the last 3 years at least one of the windows has suffered a broken seal and mold is growing in between the dual panes of glass. Great Lakes does send out replacement glass but I'm responsible for the cost of getting the new glass installed in the vinyl frame. They don't send a complete, ready to install pane. 3 of 8 windows (so far) is a horrible failure rate and I just hope to keep other prospective window buyers from purchasing the same low quality product I'm now stuck with. read full review »

Purchased a True Form mattress which was not anything like what I lied down on in the store. I believe that what I tried in the store was a Temperpedic mattress. The mattress I got was like a brick. No one would ever have knowingly bought this. This was the second mattress I bought from them. I returned the first, which cost me $250 to return. Received the sofa that my mother purchased today. The item didn't match my mother desc. but the item matched the invoice. When I phoned the sales person she said" i don't ever make a mistake that is what she ordered". So when I repeated this to my mother she said that definetely wasn't the sofa she ordered. Ordered two tables. Picked each of them up. When the boxes were opened at home, each one was damaged. One broken shelf and one damaged side board on the sofa table. When we reported the first problem we were told that their policy was to repair all damage. We weren't told anything else. I bought a Natuzzi® 'Catania II' Sofa just over 2 years ago in Toronto, Ontario. To our surprise, one side of the sofa recently fell in (down). Bought a SULTAN BED from IKEA at their Straiton Store, Straiton Road, Midlothian on 17 04 2007 with a 25 years written guarantee detailing all the parts of the bed that were covered by the 225 years guarantee. We bought a California king mattress (serta sleeper) from sleepy's 3 years ago. About a year ago we noticed that the bed started to sink down (in different spots). I just started using my new Kenmore 500 washer. About 6 loads. First load took me 10-12 min to untangle a pair of tennis shoes from the rest of nearly the entire load. I have never done anything unique with my prior washer, which was a Kenmore model...I think it was over 30 years old. Couldn't even find a year or model # on it. First mistake: I purchased a $$$ Whirlpool Water heater from Lowes. I paid an electrician $$$ to install it. It did not work. We placed it back in the box to return it to Lowes. My Peachtree Windows are/were a joke! The windows in my kid's room were so bad that their room was literally 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house.
