In 2008, we bought a dining room (4 chair) set and a living room set. The first problem occurred after two weeks. The dining chairs began to come loose, and become shaky. We were hired to build a metal building for Kevin Kubeczka on his hunting ranch. He originially witheld $13000... he pd us part only to lure us in to do some extra work...when the job was 95% complete they withheld materials they were suppose to provide for 4 weeks. Infinity is not holding up the warranty on our spa. BUT nor is Wholesale Recreation where it was purchased. Swimming Pools Etc.com (SPE) should be avoided at all costs. There is no such thing as customer service at SPE. I have had the WORST experience ever with window world of dc. First of all they say the sell a 189 window installed, thats a lie. yea sure they will install it for 189 but you gotta get this and that (you have to get the ext. trim and low/e argon gas and any other options more $$$) AND the 189 is their LOW END window...so youre gonna be spending 300-400 per window. I have experienced the most unreasonable, rude, and unaccomodating service from Customer Service and Store Manager of Future Shop Northland Mall. American Residential do not tell when you sign up for their service that if your Appliances or AC unit are older models that they will not be covered for repair or replacement. Easyhome came into our home, damaged our carpets by not having carpet rolls. Easyhome is now coming to take our furniture back that we have already paid double of what its worth and still owe on it. I had my entire exterior house painted by this company in 2003 at the cost of $5, 500.00, It was supposed to be garenteed for life. I immediatly had problems! No one would talk to me from the company. It has been a battle for years, I have contacted the company 29 times and to this day they have not attempted to call me back. the bread pan rotor has become extreemely difficult to twist. The Bread Machine sounds like it just may quit in the process of making the dough. This company sucks at shipping items and communicating to customers. I ordered $1200 worth of accessories and a gate opener for my house on March 9th. It is now March 23rd. They have this ploy where they tell you to "sign a contingency contract" and that they will go get your money for you. You sign a contract NOT for a dollar amount, but for what they call "RCV".
