I am dissapointed with the Whirlpool prodects we have. We moved into a new home 4 years ago. The home had brand new Whirlpool appliances - double oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Purchase this mattress on 11/13/2008 and now have an impression that makes you feel like you have to roll up a hill when trying to turn over. I own a landscaping company in Dallas Area. I maintenance Exxon accounts through Level 1 Maintenance. They called me out to fix a sprinkler head and turn the water off. I get out there, and it is a busted pipe. I gave them a price on fixing it. They did not like my price, so they had someone else fix it; but they refuse to pay a service fee for me coming out and getting the water turned off by the city, and finding out where the water was coming from. In 2005 I bought an extended warranty on my leather recliner. It was called a Master surface coverage. Today this coverage is not offered to the client because the Brick lost too much money from it. Richard Mellon was hired to inspect a home we had made an offer on. He was at the home for 6 hours. Only found minor issues with home other than the obvious that we had already negotiated. We were charged $200. for a permit that is mandatory and come to find out they never pulled the necessary permit to work on my ac unit which is illegal. They charge me $125. for disposal.
