I went to this furniture store looking for a recliner and a mattress. I found a recliner, the sales lady, Rita Bertolino was very pleasant and measured the love seat recliner I had chosen and gave me a card with the price and the measurements. We then found a mattress. Frank was hired to repair major mistakes from a previous contractor, Faithway Construction, Bonnieville KY, and to remodel our master bathroom and our 2nd bathroom in January 2009. I bought 2 outdoor fluorescent security lights for my home at one time. Neither of them are working now. They quit working about 3 weeks apart. They cost about $50 each, and an electrician put them both up. There is supposed to be a warranty for them. It appears that the either the circuit board or sensor on either or both of them is out. Revco Inc., was a home improvement company based in Tampa and Jacksonville. Andy Williamson their key salsesman came into our home and sold us hurricane strength windows and doors. He looked us right in the eyes, he told us he was one of the engineers who actually designed the windows, he told us we would not have to worry about hurricanes any more. Uncle Howard's Barns is a company to stay away from. They promise that a building can be built in a little over a month. Ours was more like 6 months. Livingstone hired several subcontractors on various projects, promised to pay these subcontractors, would only give small amounts of pay and then after weeks of these subcontractors performing their duties, were never paid in full. I paid for tile, Cathy Andersen provided a sub-contractor named Benny to lay the tile. Three different times I requested her inspection of poor installation, Three time she set an appointment and three times she failed to show up. I paid for additional tile that she ordered and found that even though we had to wait for a matching color lot, the tile did not match what had already been installed. On October 9th 2004 I purchased a heat pump for my pool. Aquatherm manufactured it. In August of 2006 I discovered oil in my pool. The heat pump had malfunctioned and caused this mess. I signed up for a home security system with FirstLine. They took my credit card info and started charging monthly on a 36 month agreement. After 4 months, the company disappeared. I had a problem with The Plant Shed in Keller/Southlake. They sent me a coupon for 70% off then changed the price of the plants from $14.88 to $24.88 when I attempted to use it! I purchased a bookcase from American Furniture Warehouse at I-25 & Filmore in Colorado Springs and assumed it came in a box and would require some assembly. Kmart has no permanent cone type filters for Hamilton Beach digital 12 Cup Coffeemaker that they sell there. They have the paper cone type filters, but you have to use 2 filters otherwise they break open at the bottom and the coffee block the bottom and the water doesn't come out of the filter section, it just sits in the cone area. Do NOT buy a kingsdown mattress from Sleepy's. After sleeping on it for one night, you'll know why. I awoke feeling like i'd been hit by a car. I did one comfort exchange, and the next bed was even worse. Now I'm stuck with a bed I can't sleep on. I purchased the LG Refrigerator - French Door / Bottom Freezer LG model LFC22760. On its 2 year anniversary, the door broke. It turns out there is a very cheaply made plastic part that clips to the body that keeps each side door shut. Without it, the broken side doesn't positively seal. Online, the replacement part costs $85, and includes the entire door gasket. I've never had a large appliance break in so little time. Conceivably, I will need to buy 5-10 of them (2 doors...) over the life of the refrig. I'm disappointed - styling is great, but quality says Don't Buy LG! read full review »

This company removed my 100 gallon tank of gas two days after I called them and requested proof of any contract that I signed saying I will use a minimum amount of propane per year. I purchased the home from a previous owner and continued on using Knowles Gas company. I had a 24v cordless for 2 years. This spring the battery was dead, my fault did not do as instructed. Could not get a new battery.
