VA Deck does the worst job ever and will never complete the Deck in time. We have to follow up with them so many time for our deck to get completed. I scheduled repair for 2 appliances, they told me the day between 8am and 5pm. I said that was unacceptable; could they give me a smaller time frame so I would not have to miss a whole day off from work. I called last week because of a broken pipe that was connected to my outside spigot. No water could flow to the outside of the house for my hose. I talked to someone named Don i believe. I told him that he could send someone over either in the next 2 hours (as i had to go out) or on the following thursday or froday. June 2009. I was just screwed by this company too. I ordered a beaded curtain, charges were immediately applied to my credit card ($113), and I never received the curtain. They promised to credit my card, but they never did. I have threatened filing a class action lawsuit - I don't know if I can, but I will consider it if it's possible. They came in a team to jump my fence with ladders (i keep my gate locked) and cut off my gas. When I showed them copies of my bank statement and recent bill to prove I was up to date, they literally ran away from me and refused to even call their supervisor for confirmation. Ray's Heating and Air replaced my air conditioning condenser last year and did a very poor job. First, they replaced a 3 1/2 ton 10 seer unit with a 4 ton 13 seer unit but did not replace the coil. A couple of hours after they left from installing the system it turned on to cool off the house and we heard a loud thumping noise. We called Burton out to our house and they came out the afternoon of Friday May 22, 2009. They found that the controller board that controls the fan for the furnace was bad. Joe Hernandez is a pool builder who takes people's money and does not complete the project. He has no license or insurance although he provides you with fake copies of them.
